We then contacted one of my NEXTDOOR post replies - Tim Bradberry (301 906-3347) and Sydney from Hunter's Farm Produce in Savage, MD. They came the same day that I contacted them. Both were extremely knowledgeable and did an awesome job. They not only opened up the front of our house. They were able to get the entire nest, the queen, and the yellow jackets - put them all in a box and cleaned everything up. We are now able to say we are yellow free thanks to Tim and Sydney

Discovered A Huge honeybee infestation in my home. Hunters Farm came and did the removal quickly…read moreand painlessly (for us). Very professional, great service. They removed 500,000 bees and 8 HUGE honeycombs that had been built over the course of a few months. Thank goodness our exterminator noticed the activity and told us. Everything was so vibrant when I visited that I wanted to buy every plant in sight, but of course, I had to limit myself. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a small shop inside that sold clothing, gifts, candles, soaps, and home decor. I can't wait to come back in the fall to see everything they have then.

Over the years, we've done apple, strawberry, and blueberry picking here, but the fall pumpkin festival is the best. There are tons of activities for the little ones - hayrides, a corn maze, farm animals, and more. Tubby's BBQ is on-site if you need lunch. The line can be long, but it moves quickly. It is on the pricier side, but well worth it. The farm is beautiful, the experience is fun, and it's a wonderful way to get the kids outdoors.

Although the Apple selections were few, we did gather some pink lady apples, which were a huge hit! Sadly, the Gala apples were not doing well this season so we didn't get to pick any of those. Note that the entry fee does not cover your cost to pick apples so prepare to spend around $60 total. Overall, this place was great and I cannot wait to return!
