I contacted Ceasar for a new front windshield glass for my 2016 Nissan Leaf after a rock hit on the freeway and crack quickly expanded half way into the glass. He was very nice, honest, considerate, quickly responds to texts and provided amazing service. He provides dealer approved work and it is very high-quality. He followed up with me twice after I placed my call to let me know he has my new glass, and he even offered to stop by my house to look at the vehicle before coming in to fix it. After an unfortunate incident of my window being smashed so someone could steal my gym bag (*eyeroll* just ask for it and I would've given it to you), I quickly Yelped local window services and Ceaser responded extremely quickly with the lowest rate. Ceasar answered my inquiry quickly and made an appointment for the NEXT DAY (Safelite took 2 weeks), replaced my windshield with original factory made material (Safelite gave me aftermarket), all in 110 degree heat in my front yard. I had met Ceaser maybe 14 years ago at Rydell Chevy when I was working there. He was the main contract guy for any windshield repairs that they needed done there. We spoke a few times and eventually I needed his work done on an S-10 I had at the time. From then on I was completely satisfied with his work and here and the main reason for this will follow. Ceaser is the owner and also the one who replaces your glass, in other words this is how this dude makes a living and a hard one at that. He HAS to do a good job because his needs referrals and there is a lot of competition out there. He also believes in replacing the moldings which I stand behind 1000% He also makes the convenience of coming where you need him to be, a service I wish more offered because of the busy lives most of us live. There isn't a windshield this man hasn't replaced, I mean come to think of it, I think I have needed the windshield replaced in almost all of my cars. Not sure why but I've had a few just crack on me from heat or stress from towing my boat through the desert or whatever the case may be, I think I have hired him 4-5 times over the past 14 years and have referred him to anybody I know. Sure you can go to downtown LA and have a couple of hombres replace your windshield for 100 bucks but trust me when I say: It WILL leak, you WILL have wind noise, and you WILL have a crappy windshield installed and I dont know about you, but I value my life a bit more to have some piece of shit GLASS in front of my eyes and face and family that could cause serious harm if cut corners or installed incorrectly. Luckily, when I needed the first windshield, my brother had some guy that he always used for several windshields--Ceazar. That's how I found this guy who, other than glass work, is a stranger to my brother. Both times Ceazar was excellent! He came to me, the first time in the City of Ventura, the second in Reseda. His estimate was much less than I expected, and exactly what I paid. His work appears to be very professional. For example, he took all the trim off around the lower side of the windshield on my Toyota 4runner so that he could put glue all the way around the perimeter. He mentioned some windshield repair services don't do that and just slide the windshield down behind that trim, but you end up with a windshield that is not completely sealed. I enjoy repairing things myself and I'm sure that happens. He was on time, he took exactly the amount of time that he told me in advance, he is efficient, he is uite pleasant to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending him to you, nor would I consider anyone else if I needed another windshield. read more

His quote for my new windshield was reasonable and I don't feel like he was trying to rip me off in any way. Caesar is so kind and amazing. I had a crack in my windshield for about a month, it stretched from the middle top of the windshield to half way down the windshield and it was caused by a rock. I finally decided to replace the windshield and he came out the next day. He did the install around 8a and finished at 10a. He came to my work and did the replacement on the street. He gave me a great price. I first went to Honda to get a quote and they gave me quote for around 600, another auto body repair shop gave me about for around 400, XInt Auto Glass was about $100 less. He is such a nice guy, he gave great advice about preventing the likelihood of my car getting broken into. Also his work has a lifetime warranty against water leaks, which is a bonus. First off this review is WAY over due. I found A1 on Yelp when looking for a place to get my window repaired. After 11 years, my poor Mazda did not want to roll up or roll down anymore.
