I should have read the yelp review. Jeff came to fix a dishwasher. There was an issue with the…read morewiring harness which he mentioned would be about $400. Was thinking of getting a new machine, but since it was only 4 years old I decided for the fix. After he fixed the harness, the machine leaked, he pulled it out again at a FEE and replaced the hose. So now close to $600 all in for both the initial visit and second visit. Ran the washer twice and it stopped working. It was another error code. He never ran a the program and only fixed the most expensive and most obvious part. If he did a through inspection he would have seen another issue and I never would have fixed 2 things. I called to discuss, and yes I was pissed, but he came back at me hard. He was rude and I reacted poorly. (out $600!!!) He mentioned he would come back to look at the machine, but I knew he was going to charge me again for yet another part! He also would not take out the harness and refund me the money for a part that I cannot use in a broken dishwasher. He was nice enough, did a repair, but bottom line machine did not work, did not offer a refund or warranty and it appeared/felt like he was going to charge me more money for another part.
