Since agreed to the terms of the contract, workers came in very fast. they ripped the old shingle also fast, but didn't put huge tarp to handle the debris: they had small parts of tarps laying on the ground and throwing old shingles on them, I would say 80% hit the target. Of course bad wood was found, and a new charge came with it. During the replacement workers damaged the plants around the house,even though were SPECIFICALLY asked not to,siding and gutters that they were STEPPING on!!!!!!. After they left,the sales person was invited to see the"battle field": all grass and bushes around the house were full of sharp wooden chips,huge amounts of the old and new nails. Some of the shingles were nailed to the roof and not sealed. The junk from the driveway was removed by.... leafblowers.
