No hidden surprises that may have come from the other quotes. Roof was done in 1 day and gutters the day after. Both crews left our property spotless of any debris or nails. Now is $2500. How does a professional quote $800 - $1000. Then ask for $2500 after the job is completed. The original project for $10000, he also added $2500 without every mentioning extra money to us while this was going on. At this point, we had already paid $9100 out of a $10000 bill. The job is not even done yet, and he's almost paid off from the original estimate. The worst part about this, I recommended my neighbor to him. So now he's making us wait to finish asphalt on the driveway, because he got the neighbor to contract him also. Now we're waiting for the neighbor to be ready, so he can save money on 1 truck to come and do both houses on the asphalt. Usually I'm a good judge of character, but I made a mistake this time. If you do decide to use him, don't say I didn't warn you.....

This is my first time ever taking the time to write a negative review. There are multiple 1 star reviews essentially saying the same thing. The owner is very kind and friendly at first but once you give him the money and need say something like an inspection done, then he never picks up your calls or answers your texts. You have to go to your local town hall and have them contact him. We had a chimney liner installed late October of 2021. they charged us $4300 plus we had to pay $100 out of pocket for the permit that he was supposed to get before he started the job. They charged us $1,300+ more than the market value of the job and we thought we would get better service for paying more. We also talked him down from $5800 which he wanted initially. Another local company had quoted us $2,800 for the same job. They were in and out in half a day. They promised they would remove the debris but never did and left us with over 14 bags each weighing 50lbs+. There were sharp object from the old liner and I even cut my hand removing it myself. The liner they installed coming from the boiler to the chimney in our basement is bigger than the one we had before and it is poking out and I now have to duck under it to not burn my face. He also promised he was going to install an insulated liner around the pipe to prevent anyone from getting burned. Surprise, surprise....he never did. In conclusion, there are plenty other companies that do this work and I think it would be difficult to find a worse company. Do yourself a favor and get your work done elsewhere.

They carefully had to reset all the paver bluestone slabs and then reset the steps leading up to the entrance gate. After setting everything in place they used this special grouting material that hardened like concrete and almost matches the bluestone. The job came out so beautiful that we now have to do the other much larger entranceway by demand of the unit owners who are saying how it looks ugly compared to the newly restored area. Like I said earlier they have done a lot of work for us and never a problem. Their work is always done on time if not before the given time. Melissa (main office/reception) was an absolute gem when I had any questions during the process itself (scheduling, billing, general info). From start-to-finish, they were sensational. We get literally 10 compliments per week on our driveway from people stopping by or walking their dog(s). Complete strangers ask who we used. I went with them because they came highly recommended first by my Mother (who had them repair her driveway after a tree removal company cracked it by not using wooden boards while they operated a crane in her driveway). In additional, three of our neighbors used them (Ken S., Keith and John) - all of their driveways still look amazing after several years of constant use.
