He re screened it and added a Grille to prevent it from getting ruined by my dogs again. He was able to re screen two other windows. OUTSTANDING. This is the second time that we had to replace two door screens at our house because our large dogs plow through them, but I also believe that the previous repair person, from a different company, did a poor job. Joseph responded immediately and even made a trip to our house the same day to assess the job. He showed up the following day to do the work and he was here for a considerable amount of time, his work is extremely detailed, to perfection. He custom made the screens, right here at our house before installing them. He reinforced our screen with a metal guard. The guard is much more aesthetically pleasing than the junk the previous repairer installed. When he came for the assessment I was unsure which color the guard should be, but I made a choice. When he came the next day to make the repair, he brought me two choices, because he could see that I was on the fence about the color.
