I have worked with Paul for a couple of projects up to this point in time: the first project involved installing 4 doors and 1 skylight window and the second project involved installing 2 relatively large bedroom windows. Both collaborations went really smoothly. Paul personally came to my house and did the measurement, carefully wrote down the dimension of each door/window before providing a quote that was lower than other vendors. One thing worth mentioning is that his quote will include two parts: materials/handling directly from the vendor and labor cost directly form him. There is no middleman fees, general contracting fees or other nonsense charges - just materials and labor with applicable tax. You can even pay the vendor directly. I really like the honesty and transparency in doing business with Paul and will continue to use his services for future house renovations in windows and doors. read more

This company is excellent! From the sales to installation, everything was done professionally. I had called a number of window companies in the area before calling PB, and many of them either seemed not as knowledgeable or professional, could not schedule an apt around my schedule or were way over priced and pushy with sales. PB was none of that. PB gave us an apt time and kept to it. They were very knowledgeable and honest when presenting the materials they supply. We didn't feel rushed to make a decision at all. We changed our minds several times on which windows we were picking and the team was able to give us a different quotes every time. I like that they allowed us to see all our options before we made a decision. The team that arrived to my home with installation was also professional and time efficient. His guys installed our 5 windows in less than 2 hours. When it was done they cleaned the windows and surrounding area very thoroughly. Overall, I would highly recommend this company!
