The two guys that arrived were very friendly and efficient - Angelo and I forgot the other's name. They worked very hard. There were a couple hiccups: There were supposed to be 3 movers but one did not show up. We were only charged for the 2 movers. Unfortunately, one piece of furniture was dropped and broken while going down the stairs. The mover was very apologetic and Karl reimbursed some of the cost.

I only had a 2 bedroom with an office and few things in the garage. Started out with 3 guys. Halfway through the move one guy had to leave so he raised his price. I have reached out to Joshua because they didn't connect my sectional correctly, nor did they connect my recliner chair correctly, not sure about my bed until i have someone come look at it. My bed may just need a major adjustment, since it has a few components to it. I don't usually write reviews but since i haven't gotten a response and very very disappointed i felt the need to write this review. If Josuha has responded and fix the issue with recliner chair and sectional i may not have wrote this review even though it took 9 hours.
