HORRIBLLLEEEEEE never use them. I got their number from a family member who previously used them. I had been talking to Andy about a month before my move. The day before the move he asked if I was "flexible on my move in date" because he was out of the state(but in reality it was because he forgot). Already unprofessional considering he had known my moving date for weeks at this point. Says he will be able to send people by 11 am the following day. 12 noon comes around and they still aren't there. He ends up sending 2 guys who have never been movers before and I know this because they had expressed this to us multiple times through out the day. The movers broke my tx and scratched another tv, ruined my couch, my dressers, my bed, and my mattress. Reached out to Andy to tell him they ruined my things after I sent him pics and now I am getting no responses. Never ever use them. read more

ANDY "the manager" is horrible and will be the reason this company goes under if they continue getting bad reviews. I highly recommend reading al reviews between google, Facebook and Yelp. Many broken items without repair or replacement. Let to the job. Not efficient. Andy argued that his guys didn't break things and we probably did after they left. Put hole in our new homes wall and scuffed up many other walls. Came back to repair wall and left mid job after going back and forth on broken items. I booked this moving company to move me from one city to another (22 Miles) for 1:00 PM. I received a call at 1:30 PM stating they were running behind and my appointment would be changed to approximately 3:00 PM. We waited for them for two and half hours more, and they arrived at 5:45 PM. Because we were expecting them at 1:00 and the at 3:00 we waited and were unable to do a few loads in our own vehicles. When they arrived, the (3) men were already exhausted. They worked their butts off, but because their company and representative Andy over booked them, and they were (5) hours late, the job was incomplete. Not the fault of the men working. The next day we had to go back and finish the job. I received a call from Andy and he offered to send a couple guys back to finish the job. He was going to charge me another $280 to finish the job. I had already paid $723.00 plus I tipped the exhausted, over worked guys $20.00 a piece, and Andy was trying to hussle me for more $$$$$$$, plus mileage. He became argumentative when I asked him to drop the mileage and the price to assist us? We had to wait for them due to they were late by (5) hours and threw our entire schedule off, that we had to go back the next day. Andy felt it was fair to charge me up the a$$ again. Needless to say, I hired a couple other people to help me for much less. I do need to point out as I was negotiating with Andy, he asked me to write a review on google leaving the company a great review, and then he'd call me back and let me know when the movers were arriving (If I had hired them again). Dear Andy, here's the review you tried to bribe me into posting: Don't ever try and hussle more money out of your customers, especially when the job wasn't completed! Appreciate your hard working employees. Poor guys worked all day and then came to load us up and worked a 15-16 hour day! If I could leave each worker a personal review I would give each one a five star. As for Andy and how you represent Pac Men Movers- I'd fire you if you worked for me!!!!!!!!! You want customers to return and give recommendations. If you want your company to flourish, care about your customers and if the job is incomplete because of your lack of ability to schedule appointments appropriately and accurately to meet the needs of the customer, than you should complete the job at no extra cost. NOT RECOMMENDING! (They removed the legs of my very heavy and brand new bed and lost them. We kept them on to transport and without permission took the legs off. I text "Andy" and asked for him to reach out to his workers and see if they found the legs to my bed in their truck and I was completely ignored. So, he showed his true colors in more ways than one. He cares nothing for the customers. It's all about squeezing as much $$$$ out of the costumers and providing a very low grade service). Do NOT recommend! Shady business. read more

WORST COMPANY AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Broke our TV, broke our lamp, made holes in our brand new house. Scrapped up our brand new walls, Broke our dinning table and many other things!!! The supervisor Andy was disrespectful and unprofessional!!! Claimed they would take care of all the damages and then claimed they didn't damage our things. When I asked for the details of the business and the owners contact, left everything undone and walked away from helping us. Bullied us still we made payment and said would take our stuff when I said I would make a partial payment now as partial after the damage was done. Andy bullied us and demanded the payment or said would close the truck and take our things. Promised will come back to fix the damage and never did!!! Worst company, I paid almost $1200 for more and more time when their employee quit mid job. Left us high and dry. Never have I dealt with a company so unprofessional!!! read more

This is the most unprofessional moving company I've dealt with. They were 47 minutes late, didn't bring the proper packing equipment. I had to ask them to wrap my couches and Andy said it was no point because it would just be in the storage. Even though I asked them to wrap everything, they left items unwrapped and I had to ask them again to wrap and they looked at me as if it was such a trouble. The 3rd time I asked them to wrap items, Andy said they would go over 30 minutes even though we still had 17 minutes left. I asked for proof of payment and he wouldn't provide it to me.
