Darlene was kind and amazing, and thorough in asking questions about furniture, packing, pets, and exercise equipment. Things I didn't even consider! Day of the move (Saturday after Thanksgiving) Ryan, Santos, Mario and Amir showed up on time, carefully wrapped all of our furniture with either blankets or plastic wrap. The asked questions about where things should go, and questions about how to assemble or disassemble things. This is our third move, and we are not as young as we were with our last move. We had to make two trips, but it was still within budget. Next move, I'll call them again, and pay for packing (which we thought we could do on our own in our 50s!) They were organized, careful, and clearly knew what they were doing. The desk was heavy and complex, but they disassembled it correctly and moved it safely.
