We told him that we were interested in looking at a Yamaha Boat. He said it was in the other showroom and we took the club car down the street to their extended property. Didn't realize how many boats they had in stock. When it came to making the deal he was not pushy, got us extra discounts within reason and spoke to Jack (the owner) to see what else they can do to sweeten the deal. Jack was pleasant, probably stressed with how busy they were that day, but still took the time to work with us to get the price right for our purchase. When we came back the next week to pick up the boat they were very good in going over the entire boat and features as well as inspecting every angle. They include basic safety gear 4 life jackets and a throwable that you can exchange for credit if you already have gear. The workers hooked up the boat and trailer to our hitch and we were on our way. It gets busy here especially around 10-11am with people getting service for their boats. A lot of drop offs and pick ups. Definitely plan on coming early when they open. Customers come in stressed but Jason, Jack and staff stay cool and calm to help everyone with their needs. Sent a email as a goof. Ed contacted me and depsite being almost 5 hours away, we had a great deal on a pontoon and a trade in for our old boat. When we arrived, Jason showed us everything we needed to know about our new pontoon and put us at ease about the large purchase. He even gave us his cell number if we had any questions. Financing was easy. Everyone was really nice and inviting. Really, the got us in our dreamboat. It was a 13 hour round trip from our house but 100% worth it. Dont be afraid to reach out and make a drive. We hope to never part with our new pontoon, but if we ever need to upgrade, we're going back.

We had to come to terms on several technical issues and haggle a bit on the cost, but his patience, experience, and knowledge resulted in a very sano install for a reasonable price. In the end, he and his crew did an excellent job installing ballast, batteries, prop, full engine service, trailer service, and he got us on the road promptly and confidently on a Saturday morning before a 400-mile tow. The tow went without incident, and the boat ran great. Thanks Matt! 5 stars. Cameron. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Hung with us through a 2-hour shopping spree including boat stuff, life jackets, wake surfers, and wake surf gear. Gear selection was good, but not quite Overton's or iBoat (duh!). Regardless, Cameron was extremely helpful and earned his 5 stars too! Dusty. Came and went, but checked on us often to ensure that all was good. He exuded customer care. 5 stars. Last but not least, Ann. She was obviously efficient at what she does and provided concise and friendly closure to our experience at Boulder Boats. Pretty sure she went an extra yard or two with the DMV while procuring our plates and registration. Big thanks Ann, 5 stars! BUT man was I Deceived...the day we met for delivery at millerton Lake we drove up met with a young lady Named Paige who seemed very respectful understanding and professional. I asked a few questions since it was my first time ever renting a jet ski and asked where I was supposed to put jetski when we take breaks from being on it since we were camping there I couldn't see us being on it the full 8 hrs straight and she stated that we could tie it up at the dock or anchor it in the water due to the water level being so low and our camp site being a half a mile on the other side of the lake I asked if there was a key or lock to start it and be able to lock it or take key to turn of and take with me during breaks of going back to site to rest or eat so that Noone could jump on it and steal it. And she mentioned it had a universal key and anyone with a nother universal key could start it. So at this point I'm not worried about losing the company's jetski and me being responsible for the lost or the lost of my deposits. With the water level being so low we would be nowhere near to observe or keep safe the jet ski and we could just stay on it all day considering it was 8 hrs and just me and my wife. So we would have to take at the least break to eat and use the restroom. So Paige said she totally understand and mentioned that we could still cancel and would be refunded in full. She asked us to think about it and Because of the risk I was taking and for the protection of the company's jetski me and my wife felt we should take Paige up on the offer of canceling with the full refund. So we did. Never were we in possession of the jetski it never left the trialer it arrived in and never hit the water. She said I would receive a refund an I would receive a call from the owner in a bit to take care of it. I even offered for them to take $50 out of the total refund for the their time because i was Thankful for their understanding and time. So we parted ways and later that day I called because I had not received any call or notification from the company. I waited and Saturday the 13th I called again no answer. Left a message and texted. No response Monday called texted emailed and no response. Tuesday Paige calls to tell me I couldn't receive a refund that after all and that there is nothing she could do. I asked to talk to the manager and she hung up on me. As of today I have not received a refund or heard back from the company. Rented jetski on the 12th today is the 20th such a disappointment this company really let me down if I would have know I was going to lose out on $466 I would have just kept the jets ski for that day and took the risk instead of losing money for nothing my mistake for caring about the companies jetski and my own deposit. So sad and disappointed. Be careful with this company I pray that Noone else gets done this way. They didn't even offer to allow us to just pick a new date to rent since we were charged for nothing. Never received a call from management or anyone other then Paige. I can't let this Go something has to be done. People can't just take advantage of customers this way

The shop had several $100k boats sitting there all covered up with no work being done in the shop. My boat is an older Ebbtide ($40k new) which has the Volvo Penta outdrive which they say they don't service yet the "Volvo Penta" sign is on the building. I guess they only serve the high end folks now.

Rachel, one of the staff members was super friendly and assisted with the forms we needed to complete and made sure everyone was set. She also filmed several clips of our adventure which turned out great. José, the photographer took some amazing shots of our trip. The pictures captured the thrill and excitement we all experienced going down the rapids. Brian, our guide was also amazing. He was calm, professional, guided us well and kept us safe. Peaceful, this State Park was very, very quiet. No one else really talking to other people we…read morewould jump up whenever someone caught a fish we clapped or they clapped when it was us. We didn't do good at all over here. We only caught one catfish. But for us just to get away we had a nice time again. I was able to let my husband fish and I sat back and read a book. But there was one part of this state park that I was able to see a few young fawns. And he or she was so beautiful. I dared not to get closer for a fear of seeing the doe somewhere close. I wish the state of California would get it together we have state parks that need to be cleaned. Just dead trees everywhere that needs to be cleaned up.

This was one of the easiest and most fun rental experiences we've had at any lake we've been to. We rented a small eight seat pontoon boat. The price was super reasonable, fuel was included, and the whole process was easy and enjoyable. It was perfect for putting around the lake and going for a swim at various coves. We brought lunch with us and had a wonderful day. They also have larger boats, wave runners, and kayaks available. Definitely anything you could need to enjoy a day on the water. Five stars.

It's more expensive here but overall I thought the equipment was newer. The free beaches around this marina are great for a casual beach day. We chose to go further down to the beach for more privacy. Tip - There's a small parking lot in front of this Marina. However, if you drive south less than a mile you will see a gravel road. Drive down this road then take the left road and you'll see a small parking lot right above the secluded beaches.. Parking here will put your car much closer to your beach spot. - New kayaks
