Soon after the other jet-ski stopped turning on and I had to tow it to shore. I then took off on the one working jet ski and on my way back the warning light started flashing, low oil message came up and the engine wouldn't go. Stranded pretty far out with no service and no power, my 13 year son and I. I let the engine rest multiple times and slowly made it back. I even ended up towing the other dead one to the launch for the guys to grab it. I see a previous review where they came to replace a jetski but that was not the case for me. These guys have good rates but not good jetskis. I would have much rather paid more to have a smoother experience. I did not specify an amount but asked for a partial refund for all the trouble and Ryan said he's goto make sure I did not damage it. That should be verified in-front of me. I made it clear how my experience went through text soon after and he said he would call me back. Have not heard anything back and it's been a week... save yourself the trouble and go with another more established rental company.

It was open seating which was a plus.. but this boat did not go over 10- 15mph and with every wake all passengers including the driver were soaked. Not worth the high rental fee. This is not the first time I've rented a boat- or owned one. But this was a first experience with an old boat that could not physically go over 10/15mph or pull a tube with small children. Not to mention the owner refused to believe it was a boat error but an operator error.

For anyone mooring a boat here, the marina is well maintained and makes getting on and off the lake easy. Several boaters I've talked to have had positive experiences with the docks and marina services, and it's a great home base for weekends on the water. One tip: get to the Edison parking area early on busy days because it fills up fast, often by 10:00 AM. Such a fun lake only about an hour from Fresno. Love coming here to fish, relax, and spend the day on the water.

We were never told that the motor had an issue with lowering, which left us stranded trying to figure it out ourselves. At approximately 1:08 p.m. on July 11, we had to call for assistance because we couldn't lower the motor. It wasn't until we called that someone finally explained how to lower it. We also requested a different boat, but were told that this was "the best out of their broken boats" and that it was all they had available. That information should have been disclosed before we rented the boat. We requested a refund due to receiving a boat with known issues, but were told the manager was unavailable and no one could help us. Renting out equipment with known problems without informing customers, then refusing to resolve the issue, is unacceptable. We expected a safe, fully functional boat and honest communication, but received neither.
