This was one of the easiest and most fun rental experiences we've had at any lake we've been to. We rented a small eight seat pontoon boat. The price was super reasonable, fuel was included, and the whole process was easy and enjoyable. It was perfect for putting around the lake and going for a swim at various coves. We brought lunch with us and had a wonderful day. They also have larger boats, wave runners, and kayaks available. Definitely anything you could need to enjoy a day on the water. Five stars.

I tried texting and calling numerous times but after hours of waiting, I eventually notified him in writing to cancel and demanded a refund. Despite numerous attempts since to call, text and email, I have never received a refund for services not rendered. I had to pursued a refund from my credit card bank for fraud. My failure was in not reading negative reviews beforehand about this occurring to others. This business is worthy of zero stars. Too bad Yelp doesn't allow for it. Take your business elsewhere...this business is not trustworthy!

We didn't argue or make a scene we simply accepted what we were told and booked for the following day. The interaction continued to bother me, so later that evening I called anonymously and asked whether they were renting jet skis that day. This time, I was told yes. So why were we told, face-to-face, that they weren't renting jet skis that day? As a Black customer, it's difficult not to question whether race played a role. I can't know what motivated the employee, but being told "no" in person, then receiving the opposite answer over the phone later that same day, while also seeing non-Black customers renting jet skis, left me feeling singled out. Whether this was poor customer service, dishonesty, or something more, it left a lasting impression. I hope no one else has the same experience.
