After others started coming 9:00 they opened I never been there before so I was waiting for them to open the door, the first car got out then me then the third car,the third car beat me to the door. When we got in an ice gentleman let the worker know that I was second(this customer was a regular) the man that cut in front of me a woman let it be know that he wasn't second, the worker still took him in front of me and made a joke when it was my turn that I was second and said they had a lot of help they will get us out quickly (very professiona). Not only did he do his truck, but found out later he did a couple that came after the gentleman that spoke up for me. I asked at 12:15 how much longer for the Kia optima he said 45 more min, I then had my son come and wait I left. From 8:15am to 12:45 is when they finally finished. Never Ever Again. You get what you pay for, cheaper isn't better should have took his car where I took mine Pendleton Pike I paid more but least they were fair.

However they do have a small waiting area with free bottles of water. I would recommend dropping your vehicle off and coming back for it. We've had the tint for a couple months now and so far we've had no issues and the services requested were done as we expected and as was explained to us. Will definitely bring future vehicle tint work to them. Also the young man working the counter was so sweet and he knew his stuff which is so nice to see young people being involved in a family business. Cash will save you a credit card fee as well.

Instead he called when he was 15 minutes away at the end of the business day. He did not introduce himself or explain absolutely anything. I had to ask all of the questions as he stood staring at me. He messed up the lining and we had to point it out for him to fix or we would have had water pouring into the car. Buyer beware, and check his work to make sure it looks correct.
