I am not sure they would deal with general work. I started using them after a terrible storm came thru and took 7 trees down in my backyard. Every person I have dealt with at All Restoration has been capable, honest, and nice to work with. So far they have done complete estimates, worked with insurance company and other estimators, and had separate teams sent for mitigation, exterior painting, deck repair (external home) and roof repair. I am sure I will see teams for other exterior work (eg gutters), repairs to interior rooms for sheetrock, interior painting, carpet repair and cleaning. The separate teams approach is great. They will resolve any issues with insurance company. Of course I'm not totally repaired yet but so far so good! Honesty is a good policy!

At our assessment meeting she alerted me to the breadth of the problem that needed attention, made helpful suggestions for things they could do that would not add to the estimate she offered, and was so mindful of giving the best quality of work for a very reasonable price. Immediately I felt at ease with her and sensed she could handle any issues that would arise. Everything in the basement that I didn't want to keep was removed, remaining things were wiped and treated, and returned neatly to the basement, which was truly transformed. Terri and her crew were thorough, great to work with, (special thanks to Eleazar, crew chief) and there was outstanding communication throughout the process. Let me start by saying I was in the construction industry for over 45 years when I retired,…read morealthough it was commercial not residential, Rytech is the most unprofessional company I have ever delt with. I agreed to work with them because of my insurance companies recomenndation, but I would never do it again. AT the 1st of April 2025 we had a water leak in our kitchen that delt with mold remediation, the demolition of the cabinets, and mold remediation went fine, then they had no idea what to do. i did most of the leg work for them finding the original cabinet manufactuer, then when they found out that the original manufatuerer was not an option they came to a complete halt, so the part of our kitchen that was torn out stayed just exposed studs for 5 months, then again I and my insurance adjuster had to do the leg work for them (actually the insurance company took over that part and contractwed directly) andfound a cobinet restoration company, then after me complaining about the studs the finally came out and insulated and put up the drywall, then after the cabinets were installed by the cabinet company the finished the work 2nd week of October. Three dqys later they emailed me an invoice for my deductable which was $1,000.00 to much, I tried to tell them it was incorrect, but they wanted to do was argue with me so I had to get my insurance aduster to contact them to correct it. The tehy delayed sendin it to me through the US paotal service, kept sending it email, finally senit through regular mail and I mail it even though they were to DAMN cheap to provice a self addressed enevelope. On top of all rhis their commenication skills with the customer leaves a whole WHOLE lot to be desired.
