Phenomenal customer service, an expeditiously fast response time and in depth knowledge of what it takes to get a lock open. For those of you who know me... I usually lose my car. I have now expanded into locking myself out. After a tediously long day, I successfully was locked out of my place. With nighttime quickly descending II ended up googling "locksmith's". And I'm very thankful that I came across A1A Locksmith. I called and there was probably a little bit of panic in my voice. Nathan was calm, cool and collected while he determined what was the best route to assist me. He stated he would have a response time of approximately 20 minutes. It may not have even been 10 minutes. He was able to maneuver the lock to open it without breaking the key off. When I tried... there was about a 100% chance I was going to snap that key off within the locking mechanism itself. Nathan is a great representation of what an entrepreneurial businessman should be. A1A replied quickly and came to the house within an hour. That's the good part. What I had asked for them to do was rekey one lock to match another because I had lost the key to the lock. This review would be more positive if it seemed that they had listened to what I had asked them to do. What they did was replace both locks and put new locks in that had the same key. So, ultimately I got one key for both locks, like I wanted. However, they did something that seemed to me to be completely unnecessary. Or, at least they didn't explain why they needed to do it the way they did. There was an apprentice that was doing the work, so I don't know if what was done was for training purposes. At least the locks work and the doors open and close smoothly. read more

Nathan is our hero. He came to rekey my new house and did a great job of course. (I love my new smart lock - gadgets are fun). While he was at my house he smelled gas. Now I have a bad nose so I couldn't smell it. He was so concerned he asked me to not use the kitchen and call the gas company right away. That's what I did and they found a loose connector behind the dryer and that gas had accumulated in the wall. There no telling what could have happened had Nathan not said anything.
