Nathan is our hero. He came to rekey my new house and did a great job of course. (I love my new smart lock - gadgets are fun). While he was at my house he smelled gas. Now I have a bad nose so I couldn't smell it. He was so concerned he asked me to not use the kitchen and call the gas company right away. Where are my darn keys???? - this was me for 2 weeks looking for my house keys, terrible I know. Once I realized okay I lost them, I had to replace them which was easy till it came to my mailbox key. ( note to self the post office has nothing to do with it) and neither did my property manager. I enquired about an initial quote and within 10 minutes Nathan had got back to me and we had scheduled an appointment for later in the day. Nathan showed up on time with gloves and a mask (because we're in the Covid era) and got straight to work. He explained how the different lock mechanisms work so that I understood why and what I was buying, which I really appreciate (because it's easy to get bamboozled if you don't have technical knowledge). Nathan was super speedy rekeying my locks and installing a keypad lock. He also ordered the necessary parts for an older lock to install at a later date AND sanded down my door free of charge so that it no longer drags on the ground. The front door had a very old mechanism and we weren't sure if it could be rekeyed or if the entire thing had to be replaced.
