I don't believe there are any other stores (in the world?) that combine vintage cars and vintage guitars under one roof, but I always thought they were similar in spirit. When I bought my Dakota red telecaster from 1965, I admit that I also pictured a Dakota red classic Mustang from a similar era. I was actually in the market for a new acoustic and with the help of Jeff, tried a number of the new guitars for sale. I didn't buy one that day because I was still looking and visiting stores in south Florida. I think more than any purchase, you have to physically play a guitar to see if it fits you and the sound is appealing. I suppose a lot of people collect guitars without the intent to play them and that's fine, too. The cars are pretty impressive - reminded me of James Bond movies. And the wide range of electric and acoustic guitars are equally impressive; every one of the them has a story to tell. They also sell used and new amplifiers and other merch (including a Cafe!); I'm thinking of bringing in my amplifier for consignment.

Yeah, that escalated quickly. Then they throw in collectible vinyl just to really test your self-control. Come on now. I reserved a unit online and was required to upload my driver's license. I tried more than a dozen times and the system would not accept it. I then called the Coral Way location and spoke directly with a staff member, who asked me to email my ID to her. She confirmed she received it while I was on the phone, told me everything was set, and provided me with my gate code and storage unit number. A week later, my daughter went to the facility on a Sunday with a full car, ready to unload and the gate code did not work. Since the office was closed, the call center answered. They told me the issue was that my ID was never uploaded. I explained the entire situation, including that the onsite employee had received my ID and issued the gate code and unit number. They even contacted the district manager and claimed the issue was "fixed." After 45 minutes of back-and-forth, the gate code still never worked. I requested a refund the following Monday. It has now been over a week and a half (almost two weeks), and I still have not received my deposit. I keep getting the runaround with no resolution. This experience was disorganized, frustrating, and completely unreliable. I strongly advise anyone considering this location to stay away. I truly feel like I dodged a major bullet. KEEP AWAY I have contacted the office directly multiple times. All with no results.

Bob is the Owner operator of the business and really know how to run a professional removal service.My Father in Law Passed away and we had 30 year old massive formica furniture pieces amongst other sizeable furniture. Bobs 2 workers that showed up in an hour after I spoke with Bob were true gentleman and professional as well as careful in removing the furniture and couches as well as being careful with not damaging anything else.As a true professional owner Bob showed up to help disassemble a massive formica headboard tower over 6.5 feet tall and 8 feet wide.Everything was handle with great care and respect to the premises.I feel so bad I didn't bring the 2 workers names with me back home to NY but they were respectable massive pro's.No need to shop around because Dr. Junk could have stretched this job out and gotten more money and he handled it like I've been a client forever.
