I went to the repair section and the technician was awesome. He told what needed to get done. Basically we replaced the nut and needed to file it to level the new strings. Basically took 20 mins which I chilled at the acoustic guitar area where I was able to try out a variety amount of guitars. I ended up wanting a Martin guitar which I could be back to pickup. But the tech was so helpful and did a terrific job. I wish I remembered his name but I'll be back. Highly recommend this place and everything was organized and everyone is so helpful.

Wizard behavior! Not only did he figure it out, but he also set it aside so it was ready for us when we walked in. His teacher, Ms. Selenia, is patient and gives great feedback, with homework and practice routines to keep him improving throughout the week. The front desk staff are always pleasant and helpful. They also sell instruments and teach drumming, trumpet and guitat, from what I see. I'm so excited to see how he progresses after 2 months, seeeing how much he's learned in only 2 weeks! I'm sure we'll be coming here for a while.
