Blake and this company SUCK. Stay far away !!!!!!!!!!!!!! There was a discrepancy in our close dates on our old house and new house so we were using them for both moves. The move from our home into a storage unit and then again two weeks later from the storage unit to our new home. Blake came and did an entire walk-through of my house and that same day we signed a contract of $1579.98 which INCLUDED a trampoline and a HUGE patio furniture set. We were on the fence about keeping the trampoline and patio set so he assured us that removing those two big items would "significantly lower the quoted price". So we SELL THE TRAMPOLINE & THE PATIO SET & after they finish the move they send us the bill & the price INCREASED !!!!!! LOL. We paid him $1622.50 for LESS FURNITURE than stated on our contract. Blake chalked this up to "his own mistake of underestimating the time needed". So he failed at his ONLY job. Since the job was completed, we had NO CHOICE but to pay this amount. Very unprofessional. (See photos) Then we get the quote for the second move and the trampoline and patio set are STILL ON IT - $2,147.50. I email them back to remove that stuff and update the price accordingly, and they remove the stuff but the price remains the same. $2,147.50. LOLLLL !!! (See photo) We again email to update the contract so that we can sign it, no email ever comes again, but Blake texts asking for our new address, so we assume we are all set for the move on August 9th as stated in the contract. (See text photos) We text Blake a couple days in a row with NO ANSWER as august 9th inches closer. He then responds by telling us that now he can't move us until august 17th (8 days later) AND the price was now going to be $3500. (See text photos) We are now TWO DAYS AWAY from closing on the new house and having to scramble to find a new moving company that will agree to reassemble furniture that they didn't take apart. So crappy. Worst worst worst company ever !!! Superrrrrrr unprofessional. Left us high & dry with two little boys and a NEWBORN having to stress without our furniture. Guess he was correct in joking in my living room saying "I'll end in divorce if I keep biting off more than I can chew" that should have been my red flag to stay away. This was a long distance move from Florida to Massachusetts. I cannot say enough good things about the move. We have moved a few times in the last 5 years. Hands down easiest and best. These guys were helpful, careful, caring, funny and friendly. Price was right on with the other estimates we got. Highly recommend. read more

After my wife noticed this company moving our neighbors, I contacted them for an estimate. I received a call back from Blake in a very timely manner. He was very personable and professional. I received their moving quote which was right in line with other quotes I requested. I called back a week later to schedule the move and could not leave a voice message as the mailbox was full. I left a text and did mention that a full mailbox is not a good way to run a business and that I hoped everything was alright. From that point, their attitude and professionalism disappeared. No return calls. I left voice messages and also left a message with the female (very nice and professional) to have him call me back to schedule the move. Blake finally called back and I requested a new estimate without the boxes which I would move myself. I received the quote in a timely manner. I have since contacted him by email with a moving date asking for a reply that the date has been scheduled. Today is five days later with still no response. You cannot run a business that way. I finally sent an email this afternoon asking them to cancel the move and contact me that my email has been received. I found another mover who responds to my calls. Imagine that!! I cannot comment about their moving skills. I can only comment about their methods of communicating which is a big zero. As with other reviews on Yelp, although he may not have time to get back to me, he appears to have the time to respond to their negative reviews. This was the worst move I've ever had in my life. I would not wish this moving company on my worst enemy. Blake came to see all of the items in my house several weeks before moving, he did a walk through and saw everything in my house. I informed him that I had a 5x10 storage unit full of totes and boxes that would be going on the move with us. I was transparent about everything. Prior to moving day, to help expedite the process, we took apart two of our three beds for them. They showed up on moving day around 11 as agreed and an hour into the move, I told him I was extremely concerned that the truck was too small and it wasn't going to fit everything. He assured me it was going to fit. I re-iterated this several times during the day, and was repeatedly assured it was all going to fit. At 5pm, I walked out to the truck, and there was about a foot left and I still had a lot of items left in my house and garage that needed to be packed. The people buying my house were going to be there in an hour for final inspection and I had to be out the next day for closing. Blake was standing there ... looking dumbfounded ... saying ... wow... it's not going to fit. No kidding.. I've been telling you this all day. At this time he informs me they will have see if they can try to get a second truck and that he will run some calculations to figure out how much additional it's going to cost me ( when this isn't even my fault that he didn't figure out what size truck he needed ). He left me with no options. He left me with zero time to get other quotes. I basically can't tell him to unload the truck because I have sold my house and have to be out that night, and he spent all day loading my stuff onto a truck that is too small. They showed back up a couple hours later and told me it was going to be an additional $2400 for the second truck .. which I had no choice but to pay ... to get the rest of my stuff. Fast forward to IN when my stuff is getting delivered. Movers start bringing things into the house. We notice that my mattress which I thankfully wrapped in a mattress moving bag, had water all over it. Mentioned it to the moving crew, and was ignored. Asked the movers to put anything that said garage in the garage. Anything that said Master Bedroom in the Master Bedroom, and anything that said Kitchen in the Kitchen. Anything other boxes could go in one front room stacked. Simple enough... right? NO... apparently not. Garage stuff was stacked in the house, some house items were stacked in the garage, nothing for the master bedroom was in the master bedroom. After the couch was moved in, and assembled ( because it was a sectional ) .. my fiance decided to sit on it for a few minutes, and guess what? She was sitting in water. There was NO WAY that they carried this couch and it's cushions in, and handled it to assemble it, and did not notice it was soaked with water. But they sure weren't going to mention it to us. We had to ask them and ask them bluntly what the hell was going on with all of the water? That's when they finally admitted there was a leak in the moving truck and stopped what they were doing and took some pictures. I understand stuff happens and there is a leak.. that's what insurance is for... but these guys were blatantly trying to hide it so they didn't have to deal with it. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. People should also note, this company is not a member of the BBB, and not a member of any major moving organization from what I can tell. I honestly thought I was dealing with A1A Movers and Storage ( who is a member of all of these ) and was sorely disappointed to find out this company is using a similar name to get some of their business. read more

The movers came early, was very nice and moved me but when it arrived they broke up valuable items from boxes labeled FRAGILE & GLASSWARE.

They doubled the price on me once they had all of my belongings on a truck and THREATENED to leave with my things in the street if I didn't pay the increased amount on the spot. They delivered my things 25 DAYS later than they promised and RUINED my couch, my bed, dresser, multiple art pieces, decor pieces, chairs, my dining table, and my clothes are all wet as if they left my things out in the rain. The sales rep didn't answer my calls since she passed me off to her amateur colleagues after I signed the initial contract. I now see from other reviews that this is the norm for the company. DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS THAT THEY OBVIOUSLY PAID PEOPLE TO POST. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST AND DO EVERYTHING WRONG. I've tried to call, email, text and Whatsapp the sales rep with no reply. They damaged THOUSANDS of dollars worth of my belongings. Who wraps a tv with a plastic bag??? Amateurs!!!! They literally brought be my garbage from NYC to Miami AND RUINED my garbage can with their amateur taping job. Complete morons!!! Please spread the word and make sure everyone is aware of the way they do business. STAY AWAY!!! You mind as well buy new things and save time and money. These people are ruthless. read more

This was our first time using professional movers, even though we'd moved several times in the past. For us, it was just easier to pack up what we could in boxes, then have the movers haul the stuff to the new house. But despite our best efforts, we still had a lot of stuff left over for the Movers to haul to the new place. The guys showed up within the time frame provided and got to work straightaway. They were helpful, polite, and friendly. They treated each item and each piece of furniture like it was their own. They took the time to make sure that each item was either packed away safely or wrapped so that it wouldn't get scratched or broken. Luckily, they were so efficient in packing the truck that we only had to make one trip. They unpacked the truck and moved and put everything precisely where we wanted it. After having my truck loaded by a group of unprofessional movers, I needed to find someone who could move my things into my new house. Three guys came within 3-4 hours of my call and promptly moved everything out of my 26 ft truck. It took about two hours and it included our furniture being assembled. The guys were great, professional, and kind. This is my first move with assistance from moving companies. My husband has back issues so he really appreciated being able to direct rather than do the heavy lifting himself. read more

WATCH THEM CAREFULLY. They will pad the bill by adding extra time that they didn't actually do any work. Also I packed all the boxes myself from my bug free home INTO MY clean truck And they carried the boxes in to my new place and carried with them containers of ROACHES AND UNLEASHED THE ROACHES INTO MY BOXES. read more

Easy to work with around the ambiguity of our start time since we weren't sure when our stuff would arrive. Definitely would recommend for jobs big or small. Blake and Darren really worked hard, but the results were pretty disappointing. They were supposed to pack up everything in one day, load and unload the second day. I had already packed maybe 75 boxes, but I wanted them to do the breakable stuff. At the end of the 9? Hour packing day, there was a LOT left, but they said they could knock it out in an hour or two. So, day 2 dawns and Blake starts wrapping while Darren starts loading the truck. Along about 5 pm, my husband took off for Orlando to unload the car and I stayed behind to lock up. Well, turns out the truck wasn't big enough, so they left to get an SUV. Well, the SUV wasn't enough room either, so they said everything was packed, but they needed to get another truck. This was maybe 7 pm, so I said, look, let's just put what's left to load on the lanai so I can get on the road to Orlando. They said fine, and I started turning off lights and checking around. That's when I found several kitchen cabinets and drawers still filled with stuff, so I had to race out to stop them driving away. We loaded everything left onto the lanai, I locked up and left. Next day, a text came in asking for the delivery address, which they had been given many days ago. They finally arrived at the new house at 11:30 am and announced that they didn't know it was on the third floor, which they also had been told. So the day unfolds, they unload, my son and I unpack, my husband directs what goes into the garage, etc. then finally was nearly 9 pm and the walkway is LOADED With cardboard. That's whe the crowning blow was struck and they charged us $300 to haul away the boxes and packing paper. What a ripoff! I've moved many times and that service was always included. read more
