After saving $1100, I returned for a refresh--only to find Kimberly gone and was referred to Dee Roush. Despite clearly asking for the same puffier lip effect (not the Flip trend), Dee injected around the lip line. I stopped her mid-procedure, but she insisted I trust the process. My lips looked unnatural and duck-like for weeks--and even today, I have to try to minimize how they look. At the follow-up, Dee hadn't even reviewed my file to understand where things went wrong, yet she offered to redo the procedure--at my expense. No apology, no correction, no refund. I feel unheard and disappointed. I'm requesting a full refund so I can have the procedure corrected elsewhere. I will be sharing this experience across multiple platforms to inform others that Dee does not listen to her clients.

Which would take an hour to do. I booked it two hours in advance for a reason. I needed the first hour for hair, the second to get ready at home. I couldn't swap it, because I would have to be in my huge dress. I am beyond upset. This is the ONE time I needed them to do my hair, and they cancelled. I said, "hello" and proceeded to the aisle. I immediately noticed the woman watching me, my daughter (who had walked to a different part of the store), and another patron. First, let me add, before walking in, there was a sign that reads "SMILE YOU'RE ON CAMERA!" I saw the sign but thought nothing of it, a sign like that was placed there for potential shop lifters/criminals and I'm neither of those so it was an after thought. I felt bad for my poor innocent daughter. All she wanted was edge control and the woman shouted from behind the counter, "WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?" It was uncomfortable and a bit annoying because I couldn't get true assistance for her being too busy thinking everyone in the store was going to steal from her. I don't know if she has security cameras but I'm a firm believer in allowing your cameras to do the security work for you. I don't knock anyone who is trying to protect their merchandise but if you are so busy being the watcher, then how do you assist actual customers who aren't criminals?
