STAY AWAY! Very expensive and they are crooks- they want your credit card up front.... Also- do not honor appointments.... I made an appointment for a mani-pedi over a week before the treatment. When I got there- and parked- they told me that the person who was supposed to do it had to leave. I asked if someone else could do it- and they said that no one was available. They said that they tried to call me- a LIE- they have my cell phone number and I had my cell phone with me all the time. read more

Usually go to another spot for pedicures, but I had breakfast nearby w my girlfriend, and we decided that since it was nearby we would try their service immediately after. My pedicure was done by Jason. His service was excellent and he maintained a good conversation. I got the express which is their basic service. I was charged $67 for nails that were cut too short. She never asked what length I wanted. She was only going to do one coat of polish. I had to ask her to do a second coat. Poor service and product at luxury pricing. it was very disappointing. read more

The service was good & the dip manicure & regular pedicure was fine but the prices have really skyrocketed here. They used to have their price list posted but didn't see it this time. Got my nails done today and was so happy with the outcome! I had a nail home for many years that I lost and have been in search of a new one and I think I've finally found it! The nail tech was super helpful answering questions and offering advice. They were busy and she had another appointment so she had another tech finish my polish so no one had to wait. Had mani pedi. Pedicure was done by the man at reception desk when nobody else was available. It was awful, nothing more than a polish change as far as I'm concerned. Then off to someone else for the manicure. When I mentioned to him what a poor pedicure I had no cuticles cut, barely touched my feet his response was a chuckle "probably needs more experience" Not going back sounds like he should be practicing on people who aren't paying full price! read more

After the day I had, I really just wanted to relax and treat myself. ( Being that it's Black Friday, retail therapy just.. wasn't appealing to me ) After calling around and seeing that my two favorite places were closed, I found this place. There was an hour and a half wait, so I figured it must be decent.. It wasn't. There were two nail techs on staff. When I walked in the place looked gorgeous, so I was optimistic.. After sitting in a chair for over an hour and a half, I left with quite possibly the worst acrylic set I've ever gotten.. There's bubbles, my whites are uneven, the nails themselves are uneven, and their WIDE. The lady was nice enough, and did the best she could im sure... But to leave unhappy, after over an hour and a half ( not including the wait ), after paying $48 PLUS tip- I have to let other people know. Maybe it was a bad day, maybe they were understaffed.. whatever the case, I gotta get these off ASAP. These are embarrassing.. read more

This is the cleanest place to have your nails and other services done! The instruments are sanitized in pouches before every customer and there is plenty of room between chairs. Masks worn at all times and everything is immediately disinfected. It's a real treat! The people are so kind. read more

0 stars if I could, I went in for a refill of white acrylic nails. My nails looked worse when I left than before I walked in . This is my second visit to this place and the job is still SLOPPY.
