Travelynx is a fantastic transportation option. They are Hilton Cocoa Beach's preferred transportation service and it's fantastic. Judy picked us up from the Orlando International Airport and drove us to Cocoa Beach (about 50 minutes away from the airport, 10 from the port) and along the way was SO friendly and gave us some really helpful information about the area and about the port procedures and arranging our transportation the next morning from the hotel to the port. She was incredible and by the end of the ride, she gave us hugs when she dropped us off. The trip for both of us was a total of $75. Our transportation to the port was $5 each. They are efficient, courteous, punctual and I have absolutely no complaints.

We were outside waiting for our driver before 10AM. Our driver was Bill (who I DEFINITELY DO NOT recommend). Bill texted me at 10:08AM saying that he was our driver and would be 15 minutes late due to traffic in Orlando. At 10:30AM he then said he was 4 minutes away. At 10:40AM I had to ask again where he was and he said 1/2 a mile. He arrived 30 minutes late. Due to his tardiness I only tipped him $10, as the men in our group loaded the luggage and the men at the terminal unloaded the luggage. Bill then rudely texted me after dropping us off at the terminal. And ultimately he finished the conversation saying he's an independent contractor and I'm a "cheap SOB." See pictures below of messages. The van itself with the trailer for luggage was fine and served its purpose but Bill's tardiness and rudeness via text message following the ride was uncalled for. Prior to booking, reading reviews on this company made me hesitant to book but I tried anyways. I wouldn't book again for the fear of getting Bill as our driver. Honestly, initially he came off a little rude BUT Frank knows the transportation business of to/from airport, to/from hotel, to/from cruise ship like the back of his hand. He asked all the questions I didn't think of, he gave all the information I didn't even know I needed, and he was very helpful. We were a total of 17 people (11 adults, 5 kids, 1 infant that needed a car seat and they provided, which you are required to set up yourself). They used two vans, one a family van and another nicer, bigger van. They picked us up from airport, dropped us off to hotel, picked us up from hotel the next day and dropped us off to port, picked us up from port a week later, dropped us off to hotel and then back to airport. In total we dealt with 4 different drivers, Frank included, and ALL were very nice. Communication was great throughout the entire experience. Calls and text to confirm and 3 out of the 4 pickups they were there early to pick us all up. The major hiccup however came when we got off the cruise ship. Frank called to confirm morning of that someone would be there holding a sign with my name and that she was there already waiting. We got off the ship earlier than our time and I walked up and down looking for our driver holding my name, there was no person. Looong story short it seems they used another company, Beach Line, to pick us up that morning in a shuttle but there was a miscommunication between the two companies and Beachline did not have us down for pick up so we had to wait until there was an opening. Overall we had to wait 2 hours to be picked up. Which wasn't great with 5 kids and a baby, sitting in the heat. Beachline wasn't apologetic at all and blamed Frank entirely for the issue. Frank was very apologetic. There was nothing we could do but wait. It wasn't a great situation, but in the end would I use them again? Yes. They're a small company, very helpful, friendly, and overall I was satisfied with their service.

From the second I contacted Space Port, to when Cathy picked us up, and then dropped us off, Space Port was the way to go. Great communication throughout the whole process. Even a follow up call to ensure everything was on. I felt the price for four of us, seven suitcases, and a dog kennel was fairly priced. The sketchy place I called was cheaper, but I needed to be somewhere on time and on schedule. I had no problems with the cost. Cathy was absolute fantastic driver and I was pleased with the trip! I anticipated the company being a little late, you know "island time". NOT AT ALL. Showed up right on time, loaded us up, and off we were. The van and trailer were clean. There are tons of transport options from the port to/from the airport, but not as many from the port to Orlando. I did exhaustive research and Space Port Transport was the cheapest option. I'm happy to report that they also provide wonderful service, and I strongly recommend them for any port transportation needs. Two days before the end of our cruise I discovered that our ship debarkation time was one hour later than I had booked for the transport pickup time. I emailed from the ship asking to push the pickup time back, and received a reply within 15 minutes stating that it wouldn't be a problem. Thanks to their quick reply, I could go back to enjoying the cruise rather than worrying about debarkation day. The pickup and drive itself also went wonderfully. With a quick phone call once we exited the terminal, our driver arrived pick us up within a few minutes. Along the way she pointed she pointed out various 'local' bits of knowledge and helped the hour long drive pass by very quickly. Overall the entire experience was great and I'll definitely be using Space Port Transport on our next trip!
