They said to…read morecall in on Monday morning to see if there was room.no room to call on Thursday, Thursday turn in Friday. Then it was back to Monday. After two weeks of this they said they would call me. I waited another two weeks before calling them back, just to have them tell me they forgot and to bring in my truck on Monday. I brought it on Monday at 9:00AM. Expecting it to be there a couple of days when at 3:00pm they called and said it was done. I paid to have a water leak in the cab of my truck fixed. Went home tested it and it leaked. Call them back and was back to the old schedule. To make a long story short I fixed it myself. They were to seal the seam under the cowl. There was no sign they even pulled the cowl and definitely no new seam sealer. I would not recommend this shop.

Went in for paint repair on clear coat for insurance. I was confused after having to rush in at the end of the month and sign papers required for my insurance and not seeing the car because it was not fully assembled yet. I received my half painted car with only some stripes replaced a week later. When I asked about the rest, I was told I had to open another claim for it. Then again after rushing in to sign the check "end of the month" got my car done in another month which they lost (stole) the SHELBY badge off the trunk. They told me they ordered a replacement and it was "back ordered". I've called for 5 months. Apparently now it's all "new staff" and said I should take it up with my insurance. Never again will I Ever go here. Miscommunication I don't think so.

Not…read moreonly did it take this place exactly 30 days to repair the car, Nathanial wasn't very attentive and rarely kept in touch; I'd call and he'd tell me they had finished the day or two before and he meant to call. The workmanship was subpar and half completed, parts that were supposed to be replaced hadn't been and new things were busted or not working. Yeah they did amazing on the paintwork but in every other aspect they did subpar. About a three weeks later as I was driving around 40mph all of a sudden my hood flew up and smashed the window. This turned out to be due to them breaking my hood latch which I was told about when leaving the shop. I should have pressed them to replace the latch because I was told they caused the latch damage when picking it up. I involved the state bar but this place decided it wasn't at fault. I've been since building a case against them and will be taking them to court. I am so unhappy with this shop and regret going to them so much
