This place did terrible work they did not install a fog light or new plastic to hold the fog light they also did not prep my plastic fender by my bumper which will cause peeling in a couple of years they said they matched my paint I highly doubt it and charged the insurance company about 5k for a 2k job and workmanship of 1k. Do not take your vehicles there pictures to follow. Zero stars they argued with me from the first day I pointed out the bad prep work and noticed my fog light was put aside by my serpentine belt which damaged the light and forgot to put the plastic piece that hold the light it almost looked like they went to lunch at that moment and unfortunately I did not notice it until about 5 months later because I did not drive my truck and when I brought to there attn which could have been a very cheap fix he blamed me even after I pointed out there crappy work they did on the bumper piece the day I picked it up I was so focused on that that I did not even know they were going to replace the fog light sitting why at the bottom of the truck u know the ones no one uses. read more

The hood of my car got scratched in about a fourth of the hood. I called and they said they'd be happy to look at it and see what they could do. I expect to come in and pay for a quick polish to get out the scratches, but they did it for free! I was definitely overreacting to the size of the scratches, as they weren't too noticeable, but they had me out in less than an hour. BEWARE!! The entire company is fraudulent and insurance scammers. Mediocre work that you be kicking yourself in the rear for. Once was a reputable business but has since been sold. I took a 2018 Infiniti QX60 into them after a major accident. My vehicle was returned before a holiday weekend in February sounding like a 1970 clunker - no one noticed the LOUD creak and bending noise on test drive ( which I assumed would take place after repairing but before returning to customer) My vehicle has been back 3 times for them to now report strut mounts are broken and "they dont know who drives my car." Greg and his crew does excellent work. I took my older pickup in to have some things updated/repaired. A small dent here and there. Had all the taillights and headlights replaced. Some holes in the bed rail welded up and painted (previously had a rack installed). New headliner. New rubber around the windows. Lots a little miscellaneous stuff that I know was probably more of a headache than anything for them. But they came through. It looks so good. I believe I found another place I would like to come back to for any car repair needs- Cavallino Coachworks. I was referred here by an insurance company that was at fault for a collision I was in. I was in the area of Stockton so I wanted to get seen at the earliest time available. When I came in, Jeff immediately greeted me and asked about my well-being before anything. That, right there, was different than anything I have ever seen. A kind human. Genuine. He then took a look at my car and even popped in a screw for me at no cost since my license plate was all hanging out on its last whim. Today I noticed while washing my Mustang that the wheel well fittings were missing , the wheel well was sagging. Also the brackets on the right side of the bumper were broken. Ran over to Cavallino's the only body I use. I didn't get his name but after he looked at the car he asked how much time do I have; I told him about 1 1/2 hrs. Really great customer service. Good communication from start to finish. My car was moderately damaged but still completely drivable, so I wasn't in a hurry. They gave me an appointment for their earliest date. I dropped it off expecting for an estimate and unexpectedly they had it fixed two days later. It looks great. I took my Audi Q7 in to see Jeff at Cavallino Coachworks. I had just had an unfortunate incident with a large yellow pole that did serious yellow scratches (large ones) across the rear passenger side of my silver car. I took it in for an estimate and Jeff asked me to wait. They rubbed out all the scratches and aside from a few nicks you can not tell that I had hit that pole. When I tried to pay he said no. We discovered Cavallino Coachworks by "accident" and were very pleased with the results. We brought our car in and met with Steve who was able to answer our questions without delay. Repairs were completed 1 day earlier then estimated, which help reduce the amount of time we needed to rent a replacement vehicle. Paint matches the original, and I don't even notice any of the body work. They even took the time to rerun our aftermarket satellite radio antenna under the hatch gasket. So hopefully we will never require any future auto repairs, however should the need arise again we will be repeat customers at Cavallino's. read more

I was recommended here by my insurance company Allstate. I was skeptical at 1st. Greg knew my urgency to get my car in asap. They had a cancellation and he was able to fit me in the following Monday and finished the repairs by Friday despite having to wait a couple days for all the parts. They discovered further damages upon tear down. Our car looked better than before upon completion. Plus the car was fully detailed including under the hood. Couldn't even get an estimate as the man at the counter pulled his mask from his chin over his face and asks me if I can read -. I need a mask. Didn't I see the signs coming on??? I tell him I don't have a mask. I ask if he's gone help me or not?! As he's handing me a mask says- " you have choices ma'am " your right rude man. I chose to take my $3000 cash elsewhere. had you have simply asked me to put on a mask I would have. But treating your customers like they're ignorant is just really unacceptable.
