Best service ever!! I cannot recommend this shop enough. I have gone here before, but this time was truly phenomenal. I had damaged my car on the hood and grill, and there was some damage on the inside, so I took it in right away. My air dam happened to come loose and the weatherstripping of my car came off and I happened to call this shop because a few other body shops suggested that I get it replaced and quoted me 400$ for a simple fix. It's hard being a woman who doesn't know too much about cars and then you have to deal with dishonest mechanics trying to get over on you just to make a quick buck. Thankfully I found this shop! I called and told them the issue I was having and they told me to bring my car over immediately. When I got to the shop I was greeted by Ty. He came out and not only took a look at the problem but fixed it right then and there FREE OF CHARGE. Ty was so honest and polite, he provided excellent customer service! He told me there was no need to replace my air dam and pay that much for a new one because the one I already have just needed to be secured into place and isn't irreparable to where I'd need to pay for a replacement. Ty saved me 400$ that I almost spent at another body shop all for a simple fix that he solved in less than 5minutes. Ty is ALWAYS willing to give a call whenever there's something that pops up. Everyone I have had the pleasure of meeting there has been helpful and kind. This time, I had to go through my own insurance because it was a hit and run, and pay out of pocket for the deductible. Let me start off with saying that me and my family have been going here for years. Every time we need a repair, we always tell our insurance that we already have an autobody shop in mind. Getting into an accident and dealing with insurance and all of that is so time consuming and inconvenient. It's also very stressful on top of that and Billy was able to relieve some, if not most of, the stress. My right passenger door was damaged along with the back. They replaced the whole front door and fixed the right back door. Billy was super helpful throughout the whole process. He is very friendly and very easy to talk to. He openly communicated any issues with my car and even checked the battery and told me that I need to keep an eye on it. He made sure to keep me updated on my car and went out of his way to call my insurance to have them extend my rental coverage since it was gonna take one more day than what my insurance covered, which he didn't have to do but he did! As soon as my car was done, I got a call from Billy and was able to pick it up. They cleaned the inside as well as the outside of my car very well. Anyway, to sum it up, Billy really goes above and beyond for his customers and I can honestly say that I am so pleased with their service here at Angkor Auto Body and Paint.
