Update: I tried calling diamond auto body shop to see what can be done about my messed up wheel, and 1. Daniel the owner clearly wasn't happy about my first negative review in the first place so he started telling me a story about my job which is as a barista, and you know what I don't care because I do this job while I can finish school and it's very wrong for someone to try to belittle you for working a small customer service type job. And 2. He just kept saying he's the middle man, and he can't do anything and hung up on me. it's just principle for me, this is not professional and not good customer service at all one bit! If I take my car to get fixed and we're paying out of pocket for this and not even going through the insurance. You would think a business would take way better care of you! And this is the exact opposite with this company. I feel so tired with just having to get my car fixed and jumping through loop holes calling this company then calling the other company and all they can say here is their the middle man and it's like ok well Why am I paying for this service to be done, since I'm making all these calls I guess I can make all these calls to individually to other companies or even dealerships just to get the part myself right? ....like no this is why I chose to try this body shop to pay for a service to get done on my car and now it is not done. Not cool! And still they wheel company is telling me they want to help but Daniel is the one holding my invoice hostage and they don't even know what to do. Like the funny thing is that usually when a business get a poor rating on yelp, they usually try to remedy the situation but instead I was met with argument. This is my first time using this body shop. the work that was done on my car was a front fender replace and repair to front driver side wheel. this company outsources the wheel repairs which i didn't know at first but I guess it's common. What really bugged me, is that the owner doesn't manage the whole process. If I bring my car to your company to get worked on, it is a service I'm paying for. However the wheel company they used made a mistake and put the wrong tire on my wheel and my tires on someone else's wheel, and Daniel the owner called me and told me that not only was my car not ready by Wednesday, but it was finally ready Friday until they realise the wrong tire was put on and now it won't be ready til Monday . And when I questioned what can be done about this situation he just repeatedly telling me it was out of his hands since that wheel company isn't his. Just basically not trying to help the situation at all whatsoever. I was getting irritated. He could tell, and told me that I could try to call the company myself but he still doesn't think that my car won't be ready til Monday. I called the wheel company and they where actually way more helpful and said they will try to correct the situation. A few hours later the wheel company told me that it is on its way back to diamond auto. So I get ready to leave my house to head to diamond auto and literally 30 minutes prior to diamond auto's closing time Danial texts messages me to tell me my wheel is back but they close at 5. It's frustrating because Daniel did not even keep me informed on the process and the wheel company did. It was almost as if he just wanted to close early since it was Friday which is why he sent the text message super late telling me that my car will be ready knowing that I had a long drive to go pick it up. It was a good thing that I was already on my way! After getting home I realised that not only do I have my tire back on my own wheel now, but my wheel that was worked on no longer matches my other wheel. It looks like it's missing a coat of paint or something on it. My new wheel looks more shiny mirror like and all 3 of my other wheels have a paint coating on it to dim the shiny ness. It's frustrating because now I need to get this fixed and knowing Daniel I will have to call their outsourcing company myself to get this handled. Like I'm the customer do I have to play receptionist/coordinator now too just to get this handled? read more

After asking around I was referred to Diamond Auto Body by a fellow colleague. Our car was damaged and needed some work; sucked because it's a brand new car. Luckily Diamond Auto was available to fix our vehicle. From the get go the staff was very professional over the phone and was able to accommodate my crazy schedule to make an appointment for an estimate. I was met by Israel who went through the vehicle and wrote up an estimate; price was very fair and they didn't up-charge or add any Misc work. He was very personable and showed me his VW as well; took me back to the days I actually used to have various cars I'd work on myself and do all the body work. Anyways Israel then ordered the parts and stated he would reach out to me once they arrived so my car wouldn't be out of commission for very long. I received a call a week later from Israel, dropped off the vehicle and they were able to get my car done within 4 days. After seeing the vehicle you couldn't even tell someone had damaged it and the car was beautifully detailed. One thing I always check is the odometer as I've had various shops take my rides for a cruise and everything checked out wonderfully. I would definitely recommend this shop for great customer service, reliable repair, and excellent communication. If I ever have any other work required I'll definitely be reaching out. read more

Someone hit & ran my car while it was parked. Did some researching & came across this auto body shop. Gave them a call & my car was in and out of their shop within a week! The collision damage I had to my bumper and fender were all repaired and you can't even tell anything happened to my car! They did such an amazing job that I got my car back in better condition than when it was first dropped off. Not only did they do a good job repairing the collision damage but they also waxed and detailed my car inside and out! Got my baby back looking brand new! I am so satisfied. Absolute GARBAGE customer service, they sound nice but when it comes down to it they do not give a DAMN about good customer service. Daniel had my car for 5 months in their shop and waited until the 5th month to let me know they found an alternative solution and all was said "I'm sorry I wish I would of thought of this sooner" , I lost my job for obvious transportation reasons because they couldn't just simply explore all their options sooner, after constantly bugging them that it's affecting my life not having the means to get around... I let Daniel know I got a job another job approaching that 5th month and I need my car he finally has it for me but refused to release my car to me without having the full 2,000 I owed on my part (mind you he received 13,000 probably more from my insurance to fix the damn car) flat out said they off no payment plan option& he won't let me take the car with out the money in full. They do not give a damn about their customers. I would NOT take your car here I regret BADLY taking it from certified collision & the only reason I did change was because Daniel portrayed to be a kind understanding person.
