This is a heavy 233 lb. monster fridge that requires a window to be removed to gain a large entrance point. Don Silvey is the best. Estimate and time schedule spot on. They allowed me to purchase the refrigerator and have it shipped directly to them. All work performed clean and professionally. Entire staff friendly and easy to contact. We had a great experience at Geweke in Lodi. Victoria Dewalt was our contact person from the beginning. She handled EVERYTHING (including a ride to a great lunch spot)! We have a 26 foot Class C motorhome by Thor. Unfortunately on our way home from picking it up from the dealership, we sustained some damage to the coach on the passenger side. Rocks and debris had fallen down onto the road into our lane and with oncoming traffic, we ran over it, didn't clear it and it tore up the undercarriage and bottom side of coach/door area. Needless to say, we were sick over it. National General Insurance wasand Thor were great! We connected Victoria to our insurance claims rep, delivered the coach to Victoria, and our sad first trip faded quickly into history. Victoria coordinated all the necessary parts, including a new door, and all the work by the technicians (excellent!) She kept us informed along the way and everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. The work was finished as planned and looks great! From the body work to the trim and even the swirly stickers on the side of the coach, we can't even tell there was any damage or work done. All the folks in the office were great and one of the techs came out to review the work with us and Victoria when we picked up the unit. At our request, they even changed the oil for us so we could avoid more downtime for that initial oil change at another facility. Anything we asked, Victoria and the Geweke Collision Center Team came through. We couldn't be happier and recommend them highly, especially Victoria -- she is a gem! read more

Made a call to this towing company and they were really quick and responsive. Many other tows weren't available till after 2 pm so I called Geweke. My mother's car was stranded at the Walmart on Trinity so I called them to tow her car back for repairs. Daniel is a lifesaver and was really quick to pick it up. Had a terrible experience with Geweke. Took our RV for repairs from a minor incident. It was there for a long time. It was parked in their locked lot and while there the catalytic converter was stolen. We thought they would cover the cost since it was left in their case. But soon found out they were not responsible for anything that happened while it was there waiting to be repaired. Our insurance said they would pay for the replacement after we paid another $800 deductible. It was a nightmare. We still have not found the replacement for the converter. I can only review based on a quick transaction. I was searching for a small part for my new to me motorhome. After going to the RV specialist around the corner and hardly being helped. They acted like what I needed was impossible to find and told me to contact the manufacturer. I stopped at geweke without much hope. The girls in the office were more then willing to help. She was about to go in break but took my piece and went out in the yard to find her tech. 10 minutes later she came back (he was in a coach so she had a hard time finding him) and said the lock and key shop on Sacramento street has those in stock. Horrible customer service and workmanship. Car was dropped off at 10am to get overspray removed from the paint and I told them that I needed done by 2:30. I called at 1:45 and they said the car would be done by 2:30. I arrived at 2:15 and the car had not been touched. They told me that they would have it done in 15 minutes. It was finally done at 3:30 and looked horrible. They left swirl marks all over the entire car and then tried to say that it's normal for clear coat to look like that even though there wasn't swirl marks on it prior to taking it in. When washing my RV I noticed that there was a large gap in the top of the windshield between the coach and the gasket. It was large enough you could put a finger in the gap and rain actually leaked in the RV before it was repaired. I called Thor and they wanted me to take it to a shop in Southern California which would cost $500 or more in gas. I called Geweke and they assured me they could take care of the problem. My contact at Geweke was Don Silvey who was friendly, pro-active and made sure our windshield was fixed before our scheduled Memorial Weekend trip. The repair cost less than the original estimate and he made sure I had a copy of all emails sent to Thor regarding the repair and took more than 20 photos for me of why the RV had developed the problem and how it was repaired. read more

If I could, I would give this place no stars. The guy didn't know how to count money. Seemed like they discriminate also with race after they treated me. So rude for no reason. Second visit: Ok, so I went back because the manager had overcharged us money. I asked to speak to the manager, and turns out, the guy that was being rude was the manager. He told me "Are you the one that yelped us?!" He seen my above yelp review and mentioned it to me! Wow! I am astounded! Never had that happen to me before. He didn't apologize for anything. He chuckled at what I wrote about him and said how could he be racist. I just replied that's how I felt towards him by the way he was being really rude to me for no reason, but to a Caucasian guy behind me he treated with great customer service. I told him that he counted the money wrong twice, so I was trying to help so I reached out to touch the money and he raised his voice at me and said "ah ah don't touch the money!" I am just in shock right now. I told him about that, and all he said was "Once the money touches my hand, it's mine." He even told me "You came back for $5?!" I said "No, you over charged us more than that." So the lady was doing the calculations meanwhile he was rolling his eyes at us. I was being reasonable throughout the whole thing, but he was so worked up for no reason. There is nothing I can do about the way he treated me, just write a review, that's sad. I wish I could do more. He's an older man with grey hair. His name is James, but he goes by Jim. In the end, they owed me $75 back. After I paid $2,050 for my husbands 30 day impound on his truck. The lady apologized about the whole situation, I admire that. But the manager didn't care one bit about the situation. He just walked out and helped an elder Caucasian lady outside. I will be contacting the Lodi police department to see what I can do, maybe they will take off the contract they have with them. So Jim, no hard feelings! (if your reading this) even though I asked you to apologize and you said NO, I forgive you but I will make sure I never go there again! I was on my way home to Fresno from Mendocino pulling my 5th wheel. Coming across 12 I noticed something flapping on the drivers side at the top of one of the slides. I was only about 10 miles from Lodi so I drove into Lodi and found Geweke by accident. My navigator did not have them in it. I am glad I found them........ Don came out and looked at it and told me to run out the slide while he went to get a ladder. The top gasket of the slide had come out about 18 inches. Don slid it back, took the screws out and re-screwed it in place for me. Didn't charge me a thing! Most people would have charged at least 1/2 hour labor. Don and the staff were extremely friendly, courteous and polite. The shop is very clean and neat. This shop is only 45 min north of where I usually go, but I'll be driving the extra 45 min to Geweke. read more

Thieves !! A few lives were lost the day I got into a car accident driving some children home from a field trip. My car was filled with blood everywhere after my accident and they still had the nerve to steal my belongings according to the paramedics. They stole our iPad, cellphones, and other belongings that we had in the car, we couldn't even find our pink slip. Then come to find out there's " nothing of value " sure not anymore after your employees stole everything they've seen. The Caucasian chunky woman at the front even tried to make it so hard to get inside. But luckily we knew someone who worked there and he sent us pictures of the carKarma is a B***** and I will find a lawyer who will take my case. Not to mention BBB. There's no way the firemen or paramedics did that the officer in my case wasn't even able to get inside my car for those of you blaming cops. This is the FIRST time I've ever had to use a collision repair center and it happen to be for my motorhome! I can truly say Don Silvey was the easiest, and one of the most cordial people I've ever worked with and did not "hide" anything from me when explaining how it was going to be repaired. He even offered to replace the roof antenna I accidentally knocked off (dang low branch) AT NO CHARGE saving me the fear of having to climb up on the roof to replace it myself! I meant to review this place last month after getting my car back looking beautiful and damage-free. I should have taken before and after photos because the work they did on my 2013 Scion xD was phenomenal. There is not a single trace of the accident damage that brought me in... and they did a spectacular job of detailing my car before returning it to me. Not only was my vehicle returned to me in infinitely better condition than when I dropped it off--they also made sure all of the insurance paperwork and such were squared away with no hassle for me.
