My roof (sloped, rolled asphalt) needed to be recoated with white reflective coating. Bill came out, inspected it and gave me an estimate on the spot, which I accepted. The roof was pressure washed, and the coating began. After a disagreement about the total amount of coating to be used was resolved with Nellie, the work proceeded on schedule. I really have struggled with what to write about this company. I will say the first impression was defiantly 5 stars. When they came to my house to give me an estimate everything went great. Unfortunately after I signed the contract is when it all went down hill. I was waiting a phone call to get scheduled for a couple weeks and going out of town when I finally decided I needed to call them to make sure they didn't show up while I was gone. I was given excuses about how no one had contacted me cause an emergency job had come in for an apartment complex and that took priority. I get it, I don't pay you as much as a big job like an apartment complex would be. Finally when they came... the found another repair to my facia that needed to be repaired ($300 more money) and they tacked that on to my bill. Since I had security bars that needed removing that was an additional $1000.00 which I had no problem paying for it to be done right. Which was not done right. Fast forward to them reinstalling my security bars after painting. One of my bars is not installed correctly so the screw sticks out from the stucco about 1/2 an inch so the bars are crooked. They didn't use the one way screws like the ones they removed so there is just plain bolt screws which can be removed easily. So much for security bars being secure. In addition to that, all of the screws on the windows were not painted so I am sure those will rust if I don't paint them myself. In their defense, I never called them to fix any of it because frankly I am tired of doing all the communication. Not to mention, I am sure they won't respond to fixing each security window with the proper screws. As far as the painting, I think it looks good.... just the little details and lack of communication is frustrating. read more

Rob came out on Thursday and took pictures of our roof. Explained the issues and provided an estimate on the spot. We approved and had a Team, Zack and Alex here Monday morning to do the power wash. The guys even cleaned the debris from the roof off the patio. They were back the next day to patch and coat and the day after that for the second coat and to finish. Had the roof coated before I bought the house 11/2018. Came home from a weekend in Phoenix (05/2019) to find the roof had leaked into my office. Did not want to go with company that did such a poor job the first time. Called 3 roofers. One said the whole roof needed to be removed and replaced but he did not do that kind of work. Another did not even bother to show up. Found AA Brite on YELP. They inspected roof, isolated the problem (puddle near parapet) and demonstrated to me exactly how they would fix it. Gave written estimate. Price was acceptable. They actually began work on Memorial Day. Job was completed within 2 weeks (took several trips). Roof looks good and the area where I had the puddle is now level with the rest of the roof. After consulting with their Lead, Nelly, we decided to patch the leak in the office ceiling. AA Brite painted the exterior of my home and every time I back out of the driveway I literally pause for a moment to look at my home with delight! I was impressed with the customer service and attention to detail. Each time I called, the phone was answered by one of the owners. They listened to my needs, made recommendations accordingly and were able to schedule my job rather quickly. The day before my scheduled painting day I changed my mind on the colors. They were very accommodating and happily made the last minute change (without making me feel bad!) A couple days after the work was completed I noticed a small area that was missed during the painting. I called to discuss the issue and was told that AA Brite would make it right (rhyme is coincidental...haha!). They promptly sent someone to correct the missed area and it looks amazing. Nelly and her team are awesome! I had an aluminum coated flat roof that required some repair and elastomeric coating. Derek came in and did the estimate and he was great to work with and, while he was doing his work, he actually pointed out an issue with my HVAC duct work that was likely increasing my heating/cooling expenses. Once we had that fixed up, Nelly and her team came out and did an amazing job. They worked around some very weird weather until the job was done and the work was top notch. AA Brite is the company to use for roof recoating! I had an old silver coating on my roof that started leaking. I called AA Brite and Luke came to give us an estimate. I had tarped the leaks on the roof and Luke graciously put some coating over the leaks to help tide us over until we had the entire roof done. Great customer service, Luke! Nelly was also a pleasure to work with. She was super flexible in working around our schedule of other house maintenance projects being done. we contacted this company because of the great reviews here's what happened. The appointment was for July 3 derek jordan arrived on time. My mom is 73 but climbed up the ladder and walked the entire length listening to his assessment and with the skylights both being cracked he offered her a deal of 350$ for both of them. He told me about his mom showed my mom pictures of the grandkids and pointed out every flaw in the house that needed fixing. With checkbook in hand she said let's get started he said he would send the estimate and we could start soon. A week went by and I called and left him a message asking him when the estimate would be here and if they wanted to avoid the job to please have the courtesy to let me know...I never heard back from him or the company. The rain began and it started leaking exactly where he said it would. derek is a slick salesman that's all I got out of my experience with aa brite. can't say for sure why they get the reviews they get but a pretty crappy way to treat customers. read more

We have had them back annually to do touch-ups and they never try to sell us on a new roof--although I trust them to tell us when we need one! Hector and Trey did a terrific job painting our home's exterior. It is "Spanish Lace" stucco which is not the easiest surface to do well. We also have a 'two-tone' paint job with a third color on the external lighting fixtures. All the meeting lines of the two colors were exceptionally 'clean'. They took great care with their masking and cleanup operations and were very responsive to requests and suggestions from us. Literally the group you need to call if you need your grandmother taken care of. Here's the deal. My grandmother's elastomeric roof needed some serious TLC. I'm not a professional, but I've tagged along on enough house inspections to have a pretty good idea what work it needed. I figured I'd shop around and get quotes ... only calling highly rated groups on yelp/google. This is when the sideshow started. 2 outfits showed up and recommended full roof replacements (over $20k), two others quoted work for things that weren't even remotely close to being broken. Of course they all refused to explain how items on the roof, that are clearly intact, needed replacement. To say I was disheartened is an understatement. What a relief when Bill from AA showed up! He quickly identified the trouble spots and explained the remediation. I asked him about "issues" others had pointed out and he confirmed my suspicions. He gave me a price on the spot that was incredibly fair. Explained their process and warranty. No BS. They managed to slot us in very quickly and got everything taken care of. Had the inspection today with Nelly, who I suspect is a bit of a perfectionist, she noted a couple of things for her crew to check on in the follow up appointment, apparently there's such a thing for your roof.
