My mom is 73 but climbed up the ladder and walked the entire length listening to his assessment and with the skylights both being cracked he offered her a deal of 350$ for both of them. He told me about his mom showed my mom pictures of the grandkids and pointed out every flaw in the house that needed fixing. With checkbook in hand she said let's get started he said he would send the estimate and we could start soon. A week went by and I called and left him a message asking him when the estimate would be here and if they wanted to avoid the job to please have the courtesy to let me know...I never heard back from him or the company. The rain began and it started leaking exactly where he said it would. derek is a slick salesman that's all I got out of my experience with aa brite. can't say for sure why they get the reviews they get but a pretty crappy way to treat customers. read more

Hector and Trey did a terrific job painting our home's exterior. It is "Spanish Lace" stucco which is not the easiest surface to do well. We also have a 'two-tone' paint job with a third color on the external lighting fixtures. All the meeting lines of the two colors were exceptionally 'clean'. They took great care with their masking and cleanup operations and were very responsive to requests and suggestions from us. Literally the group you need to call if you need your grandmother taken care of. Here's the deal. My grandmother's elastomeric roof needed some serious TLC. I'm not a professional, but I've tagged along on enough house inspections to have a pretty good idea what work it needed. I figured I'd shop around and get quotes ... only calling highly rated groups on yelp/google. This is when the sideshow started. 2 outfits showed up and recommended full roof replacements (over $20k), two others quoted work for things that weren't even remotely close to being broken. Of course they all refused to explain how items on the roof, that are clearly intact, needed replacement. To say I was disheartened is an understatement. What a relief when Bill from AA showed up! He quickly identified the trouble spots and explained the remediation. I asked him about "issues" others had pointed out and he confirmed my suspicions. He gave me a price on the spot that was incredibly fair. Explained their process and warranty. No BS. They managed to slot us in very quickly and got everything taken care of. Had the inspection today with Nelly, who I suspect is a bit of a perfectionist, she noted a couple of things for her crew to check on in the follow up appointment, apparently there's such a thing for your roof. These guys were great; prompt and professional. Estimate by the owner was straightforward, and his guys were fast, friendly, and paid attention to detail. Very responsive as well, came back to fix a few things like some screens that got damaged by powerwashing. Also did a complete walk through after completion and touched up some things we probably wouldn't even have noticed. After searching yelp, I decided to give AA Brite a call. Bill, one of the owners, answered the phone at was very pleasant. He explained to me that that he could fit me in the next day. As I was going to be at work all day (and we are expecting more rain) he offered to come same day. I was very impressed by this level of service! Bill came to the house, got on the roof, and was quick to diagnose the problem. He quoted a very fair price to do a temporary fix on the spot. While on the roof, he performed a quick inspection and was able to give us a quote for further repairs. We finally decided to get our first white roof coating done to our house of 13 years. We thought about doing it ourselves and also going to through a new startup business for a super affordable price, but we wanted to make sure it was done right. Also, monsoon season was kicking in and we knew we needed new patchwork for an old roof leak that I patched two years ago. AA Brite 24/7 was our first option due to the number of positive Yelp reviews. Rob, the owner, pleasantly provided a quote with an incredibly detailed explanation of their materials and of our current roofing materials and I knew we were on the right track. There was no guess work. He knew exactly what needed to be done and gave us a proper quote for the work, which was around what we had expected. He was also flexible on the payment end, which was a HUGE plus! When the crew arrived, they were also incredibly pleasant to speak with and also VERY competent of their tasks at hand. I really wish I had taken a before/after photos to show their work off! The final result is fantastic and we are very pleased with the quality/craftsmanship of their roof coating work. I had this company this company come out in July of 2020. They did amazing work, re-coating my roof, they used top quality materials, stuccoed and patched the parapets...took care of the blisters...Then the monsoons came in July of 2021. Because my roof slants slightly; a bubble and a puddle collected in the one corner. I had a slight inside leak in side. The day after I called one of the owner's came out; inspected the issue. He then went and got the necessary equipment and and materials and spent the next several hours taking care of the issue. Bill said "...I don't' want your roof to leak as it's to rain again this weekend..." At 7:30pm, in the twilight of darkness, he was still on the roof taking care of the issue. He arrived initially, on time, at 4pm. Bill went above and beyond what I would have ever expected. Needless to say...I highly recommend AA Brite 24/7 for any of your roofing needs. read more

After searching for a company to do the roof coating on my house, I settled on AA Brite after getting 2 other quotes. Rob, the owner came to the house very soon after my call, and educated me on what the issues were with my roof, and what needed to be done about them. He was very informative, and did not try to "upsell" me on a much larger job (like replacing the roof), as another contractor had done. He gave me an estimate on the spot, and the work started a whole week earlier than he thought it would--how often does THAT happen? The work was done over a couple of days, just as they said it would be. Nelly (the CEO) and onsite supervisor/worker kept me informed every step of the way, sending pictures of the progress and the results. They did an excellent job on the roof. While AA Brite was not the cheapest contractor we could find, we are very happy with our choice because of how pleasant Rob and Nelly were to deal with, what an expert job they did, how quickly they did the work (they were done within 10 days of the quote), and the excellent way they communicated with us. They did an exceptional job of power washing & prepping all of the above items prior to painting along with protecting the surrounding area (flagstone & artificial turf). I called for an estimate and owners, Robert Anderson and his wife, showed up. I had planned to do my due diligence and get three estimates, but after meeting Robert and reviewing his estimate (which offered a discount if you pay cash), I was pretty sure no one could beat it, so I cancelled other estimate appointments and went with AA Brite. Within a few days, I was contacted by Joe, the crew leader, about when they could start. From estimate to completion, the whole thing took less than two weeks. They showed up on time (early actually) and did a great job. They pressure washed, scraped off old paint, filled in any cracks with caulk, primed and painted (two coats) the fascia and eves on our house. The job turned out to be bigger than they thought and I was concerned that may change the price but that was never brought up. The only thing I was a little less than happy about was the cleanup part of the job. The paint scrapings were everywhere and they left a couple of bags of trash in my backyard for me to deal with. The painting job they did was done well enough that I am willing to overlook those small things. Bill came out to my home this morning in response to my request for a flat roof coating quote. He was on time, professional, and friendly. He thoroughly inspected my roof and talked through all of his findings with me, taking the time to answer my questions and make sure I understood everything. To my surprise, he said he couldn't sell me anything because I didn't need my roof coated at this time (contrary to what I'd been told by a different roofing company). He recommended some patchwork in a few spots, but advised me of the product and application method to use so I could do it myself.
