I was very disappointed with their attitude, they came into the house and complained about the carpet having a lot of build up, we have a puppy who just finished his training and of course there will be stain on there, he said "disgusting" and how we need a diaper on our dog... he did it in 15 mins and stormed out of our house. We also got the coupon on Groupon and purchased it and he said the prices were incorrect and charged us another 120 plus deodorizer and sanitizer another 40 because we have a dog he didn't ask he did it and charged it. Not upset because I know material can be expensive just the lack of letting us know and the real price... so unprofessional. Never again will be using this company. read more
