Well I took the day off work to have our couch cleaned for Easter, we were quoted one price... they arrived and raised the price by $150 and would not adjust even though they admitted it was their mistake. Do not recommend, now I'm having to call around to find someone today since I can't take another day off of work. Two thumbs down :( Edit: I found a place to come out today and clean the couch for the price you originally quoted us. Before quoting they asked for details. They asked how many it seats, if it was a sectional, if it was a large couch. They even asked for a picture so I could get a firm quote. This would be a great idea for your business considering you do have major price increases. So I guess it's my husband's fault as you say, but I suggest you make some changes to your quoting process to avoid one star reviews in the future. :) read more

We got Adams help today with our rental home carpet cleaning. We were concerned because the carpet had really seen better days and we wanted to sell the home without replacing the carpet. I came across Adams carpet service after reading his reviews on yelp and FB. We previously had another company come in and clean them and were so disappointed we were ready to just price out replacing it all together. Adam came over and inspected our carpets and gave us his honest opinion and also told us he would guarantee his work. He also took a very large oriental rug back to his shop for detailed and specialized deep cleaning. Mind you this is a 6bdr 3 story 3,200 sq foot home that has recently suffered the wrath of toddler and a large puppy being potty trained. Adam delivered on his promise and was very competitive in pricing. The day of service Adam arrived on time and was even able to accommodate my request to clean the master first and allow me to sleep while he was servicing the rest of the house (night shift problems). He was extremely quiet and respectful and left my home immaculate and even locked up behind himself as I awoke several hours later to a freshly cleaned home. The carpets all dried within 5 hours as promised. He showed my husband what he extracted from the carpets which as I mentioned were cleaned less than a month ago by a different company. The substance he removed from my home made me literally consider just lighting this place on fire and installing entire house hard wood floors. I was horrified after learning what was extracted and as of today no one is allowed in my home with shoes on and I'm also considering placing diapers on all kids (regardless of age) and the dogs in my home. lol.
