I gave them five stars in the past, but they gave away my appointment at 8:30 on a Tuesday night. I live on the other side of town, had the baby in bed, had a rough day at work and called at six to treat my teen to her first massage. We killed time to make it to the only appointment time they could offer (8:30, which was great for a same day appointment but hard for our schedule). Got there prepped with waters and loose clothes and mommy/daughter date joy....and were told they werent sure we were coming so they cancelled our appointments. We arrived at 8:20 for an 8:30 chair massage (don't even need some time to get naked). To say it was a SUPER disappointing experience is an understatement. And they read my phone number out of their "system", so you know, definitely could have called to let me know I was being cancelled for failing to show up more than ten minutes early. read more

I love this place. They almost always have availability (it's so hard to get appointments at these other places) and the massages are always great. I need deep pressure and they always seem to get it right. I usually do one of the combos (30 min foot, 30 min chair). I live in East and this is the worth the small drive. Went here for the first time tonight as a walk-in. Showed up at 5:00pm and didn't have to wait. The place is small but cozy and very clean. I did the 45 minute foot reflexology for $45 - definitely worth it! You get a quick head rub at the beginning while your feet soak, then about a 25-30 minute feet/lower leg massage, it ends with a full shoulder, neck, back massage which was amazing! The massage chairs basically lie flat with a hole for your face so you lay on your stomach at the end. I saw Tina and highly recommend her! This is not like a traditional spa environment so definitely come with an open mind but it is so worth the money. read more

Concur with the rest of the reviews. I had a 40 minute wait, in the middle of the afternoon, but it all melted away after my foot and body massage. Highly recommend. Also highly recommend calling first as there isn't always 4 girls there. Noticed all men coming in, in the afternoon.. Thought for sure I would see more women, but I was the only one, amongst 4 men. Found that odd... Keep an open mind, realize it's a community feel in the main room.. everyone is sitting side by side. read more

First off let me start off with very unfriendly and rushed attitudes! My boyfriend and I came for a couple massage . They separated us and after starting in my boyfriend I waited 15 mins before they even started in me because the lady stopped to take payment for another customer even tho there was another lady walking around . Fast forward to the part where I repeatedly told the lady please just do my shoulders and she managed to do every thing else but what I asked . So now where finished with out very terrible massages and we're paying to check out . My boyfriend was paying and even tho we didn't enjoy our massages we still gave them a 10 each tip at the end . The lady was so rude and demanded another 20$ more for the tip .you can't demand or tell someone how much to pay for a tip that is solely based on how good the service was that you provided!!! I have been going here for two years. The service has been on a steady decline. Went today and asked for a 45 minute foot only massage. Sat down in from the time I sat down in the chair to soak my feet until the massage was complete was 25 minutes. Was charged for thirty. They weren't busy at all. Additionally the massage was of the worst quality that I have ever had. The gentleman, whom I believe is the owner, wasn't there. I won't be back. Forty dollars for 25 minutes. What happened to this place ? What once was a wonderful & relaxing experience has turned into a very unpleasant, full of distractions appointment. The staff kept leaving the door open to the lobby & the conversations were loud & killed the vibe. The other staff kept answering his phone WHILE working on my daughter - totally inappropriate . The woman who worked on me only knew how to push my body & grab ...like a 1st grader would attempt. Sadly, this used to be my favorite place & I have taken every friend & visitor to this place. I have been to places like this in San Francisco, so I've set my expectations pretty high. I booked a 45 foot massage for me and my boyfriend for Valentines night. We showed up early and were greeted and shown into a room with 6 beds. The place is small but very neat and extremely clean (we both used the restroom). The staff was very polite and professional. The foot massages are done fully clothed so wear lose fitting clothes. A blanket is laid over you. As you recline back, you soak your feet in a hot bucket of water that contains herbs, etc. They will start with your head and then move to your feet. My one wish was they had moved to my shoulders for a bit before moving to my feet. After the feet are done, you flip over for a full back massage. One complaint, they never touch your arms and hands. I missed that part so bad. read more

I found this on yelp and gave it a try and was not disappointed. They're new so they have some kinks to work on but it's definitely perfect for a walk in massage. They have foot massage chair massage and table massages- all for very reasonable prices. They didn't take cards when I went but they also had just opened. I would bring cash or call before and see if their card machine is working. It was clean and quiet and you have private rooms (a lot of walk in massage places do not). It reminds me of the many places in Chinatown (NYC), where an affordable yet spectacular foot massage can be found at every turn. I got the 30/30 combo foot/massage for $55. It was everything I'd hoped. Deep tissue and relaxing too. The place is in a strip mall off Thompson (and Nolensville...terrible traffic). Nothing fancy, but clean and quiet inside. Alice was my therapist. I got a 60 minute massage. She couldn't have weighed more than 100 pounds but was the strongest therapist I've ever encountered. Deep tissue work was fantastic. She was very detailed. I've had hundreds of massages in the Nashville area over recent years and she was the best I've ever had. Will be back often! read more
