Saturday afternoon our huge class-a motorhome suffered an engine failure and we were towed to a repair shop that did not even try to deliver on the promise to fix our problem the next day (their website looked great but they were anything but capable). Long story short, we had to get out of that situation and that's when we stumbled upon Dave and his OUTSTANDING crew. We called for the tow asking to be brought to a much safer place (Route 66 RV) where we planned to wait for a mobile technician to get us going again. When Dave heard our story he informed us about Cummins' RV & pet friendly gated waiting area with power hookups and he even contacted one of their managers Sunday evening at our request to confirm availability. We're now safely in Cummins' service queue where the work will surely be done right and we have Dave to thank for that. To us, Dave is a true savior, a VERY GOOD man who obviously runs his operations honestly AND truly cares about his customers. BTW - AAA even told me that Dave's towing fees were "very reasonable" when we told them about being towed again. When I stated I was taking it elsewhere, they charged me over $400.00. I towed the vehicle to a 2nd place that was able to diagnose in less than an hour and I had to beg the mechanic to take money for his time. If you need a timely, honest repair, I would go elsewhere.

Of course it was on a Saturday no less. The gal who answered was so nice. She got their tow truck operator dispatched and told me they had no problem holding my vehicle, etc. Marcos, their tow truck operator, got there fairly quick and delivered my truck to their lot. He was super nice and efficient. I asked them to run a diagnostic if needed and let me know what the estimated repairs would be. I would have to figure out how to get back to ABQ from AZ, etc. My wife called them on Tuesday (I was up to my rear in alligators at work). Their initial find was a frayed PCM cable (truck has +255k miles). Wednesday, the gal called to give me the prognosis and estimated cost. I gave them the nod to proceed. She left a message later in the day to say my truck was ready (still swimming with those gators). My personal issue was getting to their shop to pay them and pick my truck up. They were pretty cool about how long it would take me to get that done. Yes, I highly recommend Aiden's Diesel & Auto if you need work done on your diesel pickup.
