We didn't know Dave until he personally saved us from a developing disaster last Sunday…read moreevening...... Saturday afternoon our huge class-a motorhome suffered an engine failure and we were towed to a repair shop that did not even try to deliver on the promise to fix our problem the next day (their website looked great but they were anything but capable). Long story short, we had to get out of that situation and that's when we stumbled upon Dave and his OUTSTANDING crew. We called for the tow asking to be brought to a much safer place (Route 66 RV) where we planned to wait for a mobile technician to get us going again. When Dave heard our story he informed us about Cummins' RV & pet friendly gated waiting area with power hookups and he even contacted one of their managers Sunday evening at our request to confirm availability. We're now safely in Cummins' service queue where the work will surely be done right and we have Dave to thank for that. To us, Dave is a true savior, a VERY GOOD man who obviously runs his operations honestly AND truly cares about his customers. BTW - AAA even told me that Dave's towing fees were "very reasonable" when we told them about being towed again. We limped to the nearest exit, about 20 miles west of Albuquerque. We had Good Sam Roadside Membership, so we called them, and they were useless. That's another horror story.
