Took my Lincoln in for a simple fix, it cost me $2500. Anthony the owner did not align the timing and tensioners correctly. Therefore, my engine light came on which pertained to the job that he did. He wanted me to pay him another $2500 to fix it. He also left my windows down therefore my vehicle was very, very windy and he left oil handprints on my vehicle. He is rude and unprofessional. SCRATCH A LIE...FIND A THEIF! (With this owner) $685 Repair Bill and found out afterwards my truck was out of gas??? This should have been told to me over the diagnostic phone call on Friday!!! Not left out until I go pay the bill Saturday!!! I feel stupid but I also feel taken advantage of. I am used to the truck gas gauge being 1/8-1/4 off. Usually the gas light still comes on. This time it didn't. I thought I had gas. Truck shuddered and the Check Engine light came on. I had it towed Thursday at 4pm to Blue Castle. I told the owner Anthony I thought it was the fuel filter or fuel pump. I called him back twice telling him of the sputtering symptoms at stop signs and red lights when going to accelerate. I remember calling twice to help him diagnose it better. Still no discount off their diagnostic fee. The owner called me back about 2:39pm Friday saying it was the Fuel Pump and Sending Unit. He said parts about $300, (Amazon sells that part for $62.99 and delivers in 2 days). He charged me 2 hrs labor, plus diagnostic fee $90. Estimate was $650 Saturday they call me at 10:40am the truck is ready. I get there and the owner gives me two gas receipts timed a few minutes earlier because they said my gas tank was empty. Receipts timed for 9:18 and 11:25am. How could they diagnose the problem the day before if the truck was out of gas in the first place? I didn't know being out of gas was the original problem. The owner Anthony did not mention to me that the truck was out of gas on Friday over the phone. He only said it needed the Fuel Pump and Sending Unit replaced. Had he been honest with the diagnostics during the phone call. I could have just go get some gas, pay his diagnostic fee and go!!! It did not happen this way. They had to over charge me on parts, plus 2 hrs labor($190), plus their so called professional diagnostics fee($95)? Anthony the owner failed to tell me I was simply out of gas? Really??? It was a viable option that he hid from me(the customer) during Friday's phone call weather to do the work or not. Anthony the owner also said he doesn't get parts from Amazon($62.99) That he pays the higher prices from his sources ($280) and up charges 20%. (Charging me $319.99). In closing, weather you pay in cash or debit card it is all the same. No discounts to be found. If you pay on a credit card they charge an additional 4%. I do not suggest dealing with such practices. They definitely got me good when they could have told me. "Hey, Did you know your truck was simply out of gas???" I drove away and my truck still sputtered like it was out of gas. I stopped and added gas nearby. I do not think they put $32 of gas in my truck. My needle was on 'E' when I left. "Snakes" Is the best word I can think of for my experience. read more

Highly recommend! I am super happy with the service I received. I brought my car in first thing in the am. Blue Castle checked for all of my safety features. The changed my oil, replaced my AC and external air filters, put new break pads on, replaced some screws that had fallen off the bottom of my car, and replaced an AV fuse. They seemed quite honest and respectful. I listened to the owner speak to other customers and potential customers on the phone and he seemed to do so with integrity. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! Took my car here for the first time. Originally they said it would take them 2-3 days to fix. Then it was two weeks. Went in with one issue and came out with many more. All of the sudden my car had broken parts and engine lights on and I was charged extra. When confronting the owner regarding the issue he said there was nothing he could do about it and if I wanted he could take the parts out but my car wouldn't run. I felt SCAMMED!!! I asked why they never notified me about the extra charges and all they said was we left you a voice mail. I checked and all the voicemail said was give us a call. When I did all they said was the car was ready. I showed them the voicemail and their excuse was "it was a miscommunication" Originally the job was going to cost around $300 and then escalated to $800. They were not willing to give a discount even tho they broke the parts on my car trying to fix the main reason why I was there. They said I could either pay the $800 or leave with my car and the broken parts but I would have to get it towed out. Other mechanics even came out and stood by the owner. I'm a girl there's literally nothing I could have done. I left the shop crying!!! This place is the worst! Do not go here!! They have horrible customer skills and will intimidate you! They made same day room for my daughters vehicle and they provided access to an awesome tow truck guy who took the utmost care of the car. The owner was wonderful about calling each step of the way and proceeding forward on varied repairs only after the customer okay'ed the cost. That's how all businesses should be. He got the staff to working so that my daughter could have her car back in sufficient time. I recommend them to people apprehensive about auto repair places. They charged me over $2k, gave me a hand written receipt where you conveniently couldn't read any work they did (what did my $2k go toward), and in addition, they did not complete the job, leaving out another issue that another mechanic could see from a mile away. Found Blue Castle on a Yelp search from out of state. My brother was about to let Firestone get away with highway robbery. Spoke with Anthony, and before he would give me a price on fixing what Firestone offered (which was a new compressor and replacing broken radiator fan for nearly $2400) he suggested we bring it in because it might be something small. He actually did give me the price for the same items as Firestone, but the total would have been less than $1300. He also assured me that the car would run fine without the compressor. Anyway, we had it towed over to Blue Castle and when my brother called the next morning I was excited to hear that Blue Castle had fixed the problem with the serpentine belt *fan was just fine). The bill was $52. Yes - that was less than the diagnostic fee from Firestone (which was $77, in case you were wondering.) Of course Anthony and George at Blue Castle have won themselves a new new customer for life. I sure wish I were close enough to use them. Yeay guys!!! read more

Today my family and I were on our way to Oklahoma City from Phoenix Az. We over heated right outside of Albuquerque and were stuck at a truck stop. We called everyone and no one was open or could give us an estimate on our cracked radiator. The owner helped us out so much and found us a tow truck to get us quickly. My 2014 Kia Forte recently developed a loud rattling noise that sounded louder and drove sluggish at a higher speed. I took the vehicle to three different auto mechanic repair stores which included a local Kia dealer. Two of the the stores could not determine what the cause of the rattling noise was and the dealer misdiagnosed the problem as needing new tires. After buying new tires, the rattling noise still persisted. I had my Jeep Grand Cherokee towed to this place because my radiator needed replacing. That service went quite well (or at least I thought it did). I soon received a call from Anthony and was told that cylinder 8 was misfiring. He asked if I wanted them to do a diagnostic for the low, low price of $100. I agreed. Soon there after Anthony called with the news that my motor was blown. Devastating, right? I had just spent my whole paycheck to find out that my Jeep was trash. I'm not sure how he came to this conclusion though, if he had done just a little research online and the diagnostic I was charged for (I know it wasn't performed because none of the bolts to that area had ever been broke), he would've seen that this Jeep in particular has this specific issue after overheating. So recently, I had someone competent look at it and it was revealed that the lifter had popped out from under the cam and simply needed to be put back. My Jeep is running like new. Now back to the radiator...I was told that they flushed the new one 3 times because of all the stop leak in the old one. Unfortunately, I can't post pictures but guess what...there is still a s**t ton load of stop leak in the new radiator. I would never allow anyone there to touch my Jeep again but if Anthony would like to make this right he can pay someone else, of my choosing, to actually flush the radiator and refund the $100 I was charged for a diagnostic that wasn't performed.
