In addition, Elite Plumbing failed to obtain the required plumbing permit before performing the installation. As a homeowner, I relied on the company to perform the work in compliance with all applicable codes and permit requirements. I later learned that no permit had been obtained. After discovering these issues, I contacted the company and requested that they correct the deficiencies or provide a refund. I spoke with Ari, but my concerns were dismissed, and my request for a refund was refused. Despite giving the company the opportunity to resolve the matter, they have not done so. I hired Elite Plumbing with the expectation that the work would be completed professionally, safely, and in accordance with Michigan plumbing codes. Instead, I was left with an installation that failed to meet those standards and required additional time and expense to address.

I called him and asked for a refund, he said he would. I also followed up with a text. I texted again earlier this week and he advised he would. Now I see he has cancelled my refund request. Unprofessional and not trustworthy. I would not recommend hiring timothy. I dont think $75 is enough to damage someone's professional reputation is but apparently it is.
