At 3:45 the next day (today), I called their office to inquire - tech is on his way. The tech calls me at 4:05, I'm 30 minutes out!! I explain that is not going to work. I thought you were out front. The service manager then calls me (good) but I cannot make their time work. So as the customer, I (we) have no recourse but to use someone else. I need better communication and a strong commitment to service. I will NEVER use Nelson Brothers because of this experience because it's my only recourse. Applauld good service and shop elsewhere when it's not delivered.

This round I had them replace a basement toilet, fix a not working faucet and diagnose water pressure issues.

Sure enough, a couple weeks later, the sewer backed up again. So today (next day service), Arthur came out and sent a camera down.... they were right! it was an old sewer cap blocking the line! There's no real way to get it out easily, But Arthur managed, using a magnet. Immediately the sewer drained! so hopefully that is the end of that problem. the cost for today's visit was again incredibly reasonable. Good guys. Fast work. Well trained and knowledgeable!
