I didn't try it but I think there was a snowball's chance in hell I was going to be able to make that work at my existing storage facility. Enter Secure RV. This place is primarily designed for storing RVs so the rows are nice and wide and the parking spots are too. This makes picking up and dropping off the boat a breeze. This facility has 24-hour access with your own passcode. Rates were about $60 for outside parking, and $120 for covered parking. Parking spots are 10 x 30 or something like that. If you have an RV they have an onsite mechanic and various other services.

I wasn't expecting that anyone could do it in a week, but they got it done. The prices are competitive and there is someone on site to help with questions, propane or parts (unlike most other storage places around here).

In my opinion, the truck should not have been rented in the condition I received it. The steering felt badly out of alignment and the truck drifted with significant under-steer which took constant effort to correct while driving. I documented with photos and video. The truck was also not properly cleaned. The box needed to be swept/blown out before I left, and the cab had trash inside, including used mayonnaise packets. I was also surprised to receive the truck with only a quarter tank of gas and be told to return it the same way, which I found inconvenient and unfair to the customer. Based on this experience, I would never rent from this location and, quite possibly, U-Haul again. Would give zero stars if possible

She told me she was the only one there and I needed to wait, and then took the next couple in line......who had no rental reservation.......so I guess my business didn't matter....again, it was not a busy Saturday where there were tons of people in line......and then another employee entered and took the next guy that just walked in......I texted the GM and although he was responsive, he was weak.....Told me she would get to me in 10 minutes.......good luck going there. And by the way, the GM is weak...............

Do not use this company! They have the most horrible service…read more Since 2020, we have run out of gas almost 10 times. Each time, we contact Pinnacle and they find some reason it's our fault. Not only is their always full program extremely confusing, they have removed us from the service 6 times. Each time I reach out, there's some new loophole I missed or an email about a credit check we never got... and every time we run out of gas, they charge us an extra $125 for a leak check. Do.not.use.them.

They pre charged my card on file and overcharged by $95.
