The owner charged me full price for smog check and DID NOT pass me. It is a code that I have to warm up my car 15 times and the code will go away and I will pass. And he asked me to come back and will charge again full price to pass me! OF COURSE, I found out later from another location. He should not have charged me anything if he does not pass me. Instead, let me drive the car some miles and warm up a few times, then come back and pay for the smog check. BUT, UNFORTUNATELY, HE IS TOO GREEDY! He is a fraud! Never come here! read more

Called to get a quote the guy doesn't even let me speak, tell him the year make and model and automatically says it's going to be 70$ Doesn't even let me tell him I have a coupon right in front of me that says 29.99$ for ANY CAR Then in a different style of the coupon , a different copy I should say, in small writing it says for cars 1996-1998 add 10$ okay whatever 39.99$ then it says trucks, vans, and suvs add 10$, okay 49.99$? Took my car here to get a smog check. The guy seemed nice enough, I guess. But in the middle of the check, he lead me to my car to show me that one of the parts in my car (air cleaner, I believe) isn't the original manufacturer part. He said, because of this, I would need some kind of aftermarket EO (executive order) sticker that basically says that it's been cleared, or something. I commented how I've taken in the car for multiple smog checks before, so I was a little confused why it's been fine before. He responded by asking if I paid off the people who've done the previous smog checks?! Um, no. I can make my peace with the fact that this part needs the certification sticker, but then after asking me if I've bribed people to pass me in the past, he proceeded to tell me he's going to fail the smog check and charge again me upon retesting. Since the problem was apparently obvious upon first looking under the hood, it seems somewhat underhanded to not outright say something and then just tell me I would fail if he were to check, then tell me to get the sticker and come back. I'm sure if there's nothing wrong or different with your car, then this guy wouldn't be too much trouble. Nice enough, though a little brash. But I won't come back. read more

Had my car smog last year. I waited for the tags from the DMV and when they did not show up I was told they never received the electronic certificate from this smog station. The smog test had expired and when I called AA, I was accused of being a liar and he claimed this was impossible to had happen. I understand stuff happens and I was not looking for a freebie, but false accusations is a low blow for customer service. I will never return here nor do I recommend going here. read more
