Through…read morethe Geico app, I entered all of my information including my location and an ETA of 60 minutes was given. 70 minutes after my request, when no one had shown up yet, I called the dispatch number and was told that it would take another 15 to 20 minutes. 10 minutes later, I received a call from the tow truck driver asking for my location, saying that he was never provided an address. After a lot of back and forth, my car was finally towed at the 1.5 hour mark, even though the company is located 10 minutes away. The company needs to be better organized; the only redeeming factor was that the tow truck driver was really nice.
