Came in for an oil change. My brother and I usually come to this location to service our cars. You…read morehave the option to either wait inside or sit in your car while it gets done and depending on how busy it is, that's how I decide. I was the only one there so I just stayed in my car. It's usually pretty fast so it's convenient for me to be able to just sit in the car while it gets done. The techs are really nice and explain what is being done as they go. I get the same service done every time so they go off of my license plate when I pull up and just ask me if that is ok and have me sign and date the form and proceed with the oil change. Before they're finished they let me know everything they have completed and if anything needs to be looked at or if I need to monitor anything for the next time. My rear right tire was low on pressure so they added air and made sure I was made aware to keep a look out for that in case that was something I may need to replace. Pricing is pretty comparable to other places so that's a plus. You pay and the receipt along with breakdown is provided and you're on your way. I always ask them to turn off my service light cause my car is fairly old and it doesn't come off automatically. The guys are nice and do it and give me my next service sticker and I'm off. Quick and easy and never an issue. I would definitely recommend coming here!

Dealer found a tiny puncture in one tire while rotating tires and needed a couple of hours and extra $$$ to patch it. Big O is excellent at quick, inexpensive tire patches/plugs for 1/2 that price, so I went to Big O instead for the tire repair. Next day, tires felt rough at freeway speed. Back to Big O, where I agreed to pay for an alignment. In 1/2 the expected wait time, car was ready. Alignment was fine, but front tires were unbalanced (dealer's rotation?) . Manager asked me to test drive it and report back. Next day, I returned after freeway test to report wheels are now fine, and to pay the agreed price. He said 'No charge, because it didn't need the alignment and rebalancing was a quick fix". Amazing!! I've heard all the horror stories about bad Big O shops, but I'm here to tell you this is a good, honest shop that knows how to troubleshoot, and does the necessary work quickly and correctly. Bravo!!

Then I turned on my car and saw the TPMS light on my car but there's no way I'm going back in there. So I took a picture of my dashboard and then just left. The kind person on the phone said to come in now, and so I got there by about 12:30PM and was out of there by about 1PM. It turned out my tire was destroyed and couldn't be reasonably patched and they were able to provide me a similar used replacement tire, all for a very reasonable cost. Luckily, I saw that there was a spot close by that patch tires called Larry's Tire Express. I checked in and sure enough they were happy to help, got my car on a jack and quickly took off the tire and found a nail. They patched it and put it back on in about 15 minutes. From the moment I arrived until I left was probably around 20 to 25 minutes and they charged $35 for the patch. They were able to meet my needs and they all seemed pretty friendly. It's quality over quantity meaning they take their time and do it right the first time. I happen to pass by their business all the time and needed an oil change. I drove in and met the owner Joel, who is a wonderful and friendly person. He gave me a good quote and said he'd take care of me and my car. A man of his word. He provided me a chair to sit while I waited. During the service, he pointed out to me that my oil filter was loose and leaking - likely from the last oil change I had which was at a national brand chain (which I won't name), but will avoid going forth. Anyways, he cleaned up the leak which was a pretty decent leak too and completed the oil change in less than 20 minutes. He even checked and filled my tire pressure. In addition, to help him at the shop is his daughter Julia who is friendly as well. I learned that they offer a variety of services including brakes, suspension, oil change, and tune-ups. I have started to tell my close friends and family about the shop! Let's support local businesses like this where you are not rushed, you're not overcharged, you're not oversold on add-ons, and you feel like its genuine service because it is genuine and thoughtful. He took my car for a total alignment.
