I needed my garage springs fixed, I called my home warranty and they assigned AAA to come out and fix it. They were not only super quick as I was pressed on time to go to work, but he was SOO FUNNY! I would not work with this company. They responded to a home warranty call on a 23 year old garage door opener and for whatever reason, didn't want to service the unit or replace it after arriving. I had opened the case to diagnose the problem myself and left the case off for them to access the unit when they arrived. They then told the home warranty company that it was not normal wear and tear because the case was off. Their job is to fix or replace units but they did neither here, which to me is a 1 star job. The didn't even offer any solution, even with a direct quote. Do not use, pretty lazy and not a good provider. read more

Oh my god, these guys are wonderful. Manir and his son were the second garage door repair service we had out. The first guy said the motor was shot and unfixable and happened to have a new unit in his truck. I said "no." When Manir and his son showed up, within 5 minutes they had it working. There was a loose cord blocking one of the sensors. Not easy to detect, but they found it. And they couldn't have been nicer or more pleasant. Finally getting around to writing a review. Do not, do not use!!!! Very very hard to work with and does not honor prices. Also, his hourly rates are bases two senior installers but uses his 13 year old son as "helper". I'm all about the family business as I worked for my fathers company growing up but we were ethical in our pricing to customers . On Tuesday evening our garage door opener went mad so yesterday I called Fidelity National who provides our home warranty and they had AAA call me a couple of hours later. We really needed immediate service as we were forecast to receive a major storm last night and the garage door faces southwest right into the expected fifty mph winds. Mounir rearranged his schedule and came out shortly after, diagnosed and replaced both malfunctioning components and lubricated everything. This was service above and beyond the call and for a small service business owner to put himself out like this deserves recognition. It's hard to describe what just happened... I'm still in shock. Monir and his son Alex saved us thousands of dollars, and did it with a smile, and superb skill. A few days ago, RIGHT AFTER we sold our house, at midnight, in a 50 m.p.h. wind storm, our garage door derailed completely, and twisted itself into an immovable disaster. The panels were twisted, the cables snapped, shrieking metal and a ruined mess... the door stuck halfway open, jammed beyond moving... it was a disaster. Within an hour, this remarkable father and son team used years of skill and a fair amount of muscle, and despite initially thinking the entire door and track would need to be replaced, it now looks and works better than it ever has before. THis is a 25 year old door that now operates like it was installed yesterday! Now THAT is dedication to excellence, and customer service above and beyond. I got great service both times, and the (same) repair person was very courteous, no up sale, and finished the jobs quickly and without drama. I would use this company even without the home warranty.
