We had our AC go out in July and our home warranty company sent us some random tech from some random company that did not do anything to fix our AC and said it's working just fine. Well it wasn't so we had the warranty company send us another tech who happens to be from AAA Affordable A/C. They are the BEST! They came out the same day within 30 minutes of getting off the phone with our home warranty rep. And they fixed the problem within an hour and got our house nice and cool. AAA Affordable A/C is very knowledgeable, professional and very caring. I would rather pay out of pocket for them to come out to my house if I ever have issues with my AC again and not through my home warranty company if they can't send them. AAA affordable AC is very unprofessional. I don't recommend using them. I had them replace a HVAC system on one side of a duplex, and the installation went fine. I had them service the other side. I had them come back for a plugged condensate drain on the side serviced, which they should have cleaned when they did the service. When leaving they used the neighbor's private driveway as a turn around and ran over plants, lighting and sprinklers. When I contacted them about this, Steve, an owner who was driving, shrugged it off like it was no big deal. he didn't understand that action as unacceptable. He kept hounding me for. $95 service charge, even after I told him I was going to pay my neighbor for repairs (more than $95) and call it even. He continued to text me disparaging an offensive comments. I am a contractor and would never treat a customer like that. There are plenty of other options out there. Don't use these guys. read more

July 1, 2020. The AC was working but not well. It wasn't cold enough. My landlord utilized his home warranty plan, which sent out AAA Affordable AC. Myran (the owner) and Steve arrived within the scheduled window of time. They were professional, informative, and efficient. This company was assigned by my home warranty. I had tenants in my rental who could not get the A/C running one evening and made a claim. Home Warranty emailed me they would assign AAA Affordable A/C. I called the company the next morning and was told by a cranky man all about his personal issues with his business, employees, etc. Not a great start! He rudely told me he had many others before me and would get to my tenants when ever he could. I said I understood, as Havasu is hellish in August, but if there was ANY way he could get out there by the end of the day, that would be great. He didn't sound promising. I received a call from him hours later yelling something about his wife saw a facebook post and if I didn't stop "bad mouthing" him, he could just put of the visit until Monday...! Stunned, I tried to ask him what the heck he was talking about, only to be talked over and told I needed to let him finish and I NEEDED to "knock it off"! I told him I was having a hard time hearing him as I was at a hotel where we had gone to during a fire. He jeered and chuffed me, saying, "ya, I can tell"; as if i was enjoying some great vacation and he wasn't. Just really odd and unprofessional! I told him my tenant has a medical condition and really needs A/C, and that I wasn't sure what he was talking about, but could he just do his job! He hung up on me; not sure how much he even heard. I NEVER heard from him again. I did, however, hear from my tenant that he had showed up, diagnosed the problem, went back to the shop and got what he needed and was able to repair the A/C the following day (a Sunday). He stated the repair person was nice enough. So all we could think is that he displays bi-polar tendencies and runs hot and cold! I did let my home warranty company know. They advised me they would investigate AND never assign him to us again. So to sum up, if you don't mind being treated like a headache, or an inconvenience, by all means, give him a call! If you think it may be a lark to have someone with the emotional stability of a possible bi-polar sufferer in your home, dial away. But there are so many other A/C repair companies in Havasu with people who sound like they actually may want to get (and retain!) your business, so save yourself the humiliating and belittling experience and call one of them! read more

A/C went out in the house Saturday night. Called them on a Sunday morning and left them a message. 2 hours later the office called me back with an appointment Monday morning. The service representative was very professional and clean. The technician diagnosed my problem in a 30 -year-old air-conditioning unit. They Called back right away before 8am. scheduled appointment same day, showed up on time, two nice personable qualified repairman fixed blower and checked all vitals of AC quickly and they were very reasonably priced. AAA Affordable A/C has been a lifesaver. Our A/C went out and the Home Warranty company said that AAA was the designated vendor here in Lake Havasu. They came out in 110 degree weather to check the system and diagnose the issue. It was unfortunately a complete AC failure requiring AC replacement on the ground and the condenser unit in the Attic. Another hot job but they did it on time with no fuss and got us up and running days after the initial call. They know what they're doing and their technician Anthony was fantastic to work with. He explained what he was doing how he was doing it and why. We're up and running and at 70 degrees in the house and it is fantastic. Thanks AAA you've got my business. read more

This company was assigned by my home warranty company to repair my AC. A women called me to set appointment. The day and time available she gave I could not confirm it if would work for me. She told me to call her back and let her know.
