They said they were not responsible for that and it was not within our contract to seal where the old unit was. But they allowed their technician to go up after the fact seal where the old unit was. I will insert pictures of sealed spot. Now we are in a battle with this company! This company came highly recommended. Their customer service is amazing. But when it came to taking responsibility for their mess up, it was a different story. We are taking legal action for their lack of responsibility for what their technicians did to our roof and the inside ceiling of our house. If they would've told us, hey we're not a roofing company. You should probably have your roof sealed we would have done it, but they didn't disclose that. Their customer service representative Leslie, not helpful. They're just trying to cover their tracks of their negligence of stealing our roof.

The tech told me it would be over 300.00 for the thermostat... I thought that was expensive but figured it was a special thermostat compatible with my HVAC unit... (I had tried a Nest and it wasn't compatible).. He said it would be 350.00 to install it... I thought that was extremely high but was trapped because I drove to Havasu for that appointment. IT TOOK HIM LESS THAN 20 MINS TO INSTALL IT. I later researched the thermostat which only cost 99.00 dollars at Home Depot and Amazon.... I paid the 630.00 because I expected the thermostat cost was 300.00 plus and that they would have to do major wiring to create a "Common" or 5th wire.. it was a simple job... when I called after finding out how inexpensive the job should have been.. they did nothing That job should have cost 1/2 the amount Who marks the product and labor 300 percent??? They did an inspection on the air conditioning unit on the roof and then said they would need to get parts and that they would have to come back. Next day I got a call in the morning asking if they could stop by. They said they had the parts needed to do the repairs and that they only had a few appointments before me. These guys have That old school work ethic. Well being polite and friendly they are focused on getting the job done and making it to the next customer. He was a "neighbor" (I live in the colonies) and said he would give me "neighbor prices". Anyway...he "did his best" to fix it and charged me $425 for a $20 part and about an hour of his time. He said he hopes it will work and that's I won't need a new unit but he will check in with us tomorrow morning (today). He left the fuse out of the breaker box. Well my husband went outside because shady AC guy texted me to ask how it was going. My husband saw the fuse was left inside of the box but not plugged in. I knew right then and there that he was scamming us. This was the text he sent me yesterday evening: Hello, thank you so much for your time today. I'm sorry to be the bare fat news. Please don't shoot the messenger, but the unit is definitely 25 years old if not older. Please let me know if I can come back around between 6:30 PM at seven tomorrow evening all the way home. I also did not mention that he mentioned about 10 times that he has financing if I don't have the cash to replace the unit. And that he had changed the units On MANY of my neighbors. (Pro tip: they probably got scammed. It's how he can afford to live in the Colonies too) So I went into yelp and found Mr Garcia. He came over in the early afternoon. He didn't try to sell me anything with "southern hospitality" or even mention that I need a new unit. No pressure at all. He was very honest and explained EVERYTHING to my husband and me and showed me how much refrigerant was in the can before and how much after. Really easy and honest. So now...my upstairs is cooling down and I cannot say enough about how prompt and honest and kind Mr Garcia and his helper were. I will be happy to call him back to maintain my units and happy to tell my neighbors and friends and family about him. Warning: if you get a postcard in the mail from a young blond guy and you're in the 210 corridor area, don't call that guy. He will try to rob you and keep you paying him for his robbery for years.
