We've had some hiccups like someone said they did maintenance and ordered a part we desperately needed and didn't but we made it through. And I don't really get the "one hour" part in their name since nothing is nor is it 24 hours. You can call anytime but no techs come out until it opens usually the earliest is between 8am and 12pm. Our favorite tech is Frank (I don't know his last name and there's like a million Franks who work there) he is honest, works hard and nice. He took time out of his very busy day to make sure we had air. The second time our unit went out (the four days) they did supply a portable ac but we had to be really rude to get it... I don't like being mean to people who have no control over the situation but it did work out since suddenly they "found" one. And it leaked water all over the floor. Honestly it didn't really do much. I am very worried about our electricity bill next month since we had to buy a window unit and have been running several fans. As promised, Steve did contact me. I really liked him. He was very nice and has made me feel much better about this company. He took the time to talk to me and answer my questions and went that extra mile to let me know he does want to help this horrible situation. Tomorrow they will be putting in all new parts and surge protectors. I appreciate the help! Granted new units aren't supposed to break down so easily and scared me but they are fixing things and showing they will work with you. So thank you to Steve and Frank for making me feel like I made a good choice with going with Pitzer.

They said they were not responsible for that and it was not within our contract to seal where the old unit was. But they allowed their technician to go up after the fact seal where the old unit was. I will insert pictures of sealed spot. Now we are in a battle with this company! This company came highly recommended. Their customer service is amazing. But when it came to taking responsibility for their mess up, it was a different story. We are taking legal action for their lack of responsibility for what their technicians did to our roof and the inside ceiling of our house. If they would've told us, hey we're not a roofing company. You should probably have your roof sealed we would have done it, but they didn't disclose that. Their customer service representative Leslie, not helpful. They're just trying to cover their tracks of their negligence of stealing our roof.

The service technicians arrived promptly at the at the time they said they would be there. They did an inspection on the air conditioning unit on the roof and then said they would need to get parts and that they would have to come back. Next day I got a call in the morning asking if they could stop by. They said they had the parts needed to do the repairs and that they only had a few appointments before me. These guys have That old school work ethic. Well being polite and friendly they are focused on getting the job done and making it to the next customer. It seems like they really want to help as many people as they can in the day. Great value for the money and I would highly recommend using Elite for all your air conditioning and heating needs.
