Not only were the cameras not working, the lock was tampered with and changed without my knowledge - and guess what, NOTHING WAS DONE. No one said anything until I got there and tried the lock. Theyre trying to tell me someone dropped in through a vent in the ceiling and stole everything. Wasn't aware you could let yourself out from the inside of a locked storage unit, pretty sure beds don't fit through vents either. RUN FROM HERE!!!!!!

Then have a car towed that resident has correct stickers in windows. Realizing it was a mistake for the tow and the vehicle was released. But we had to provide insurance for a work truck under a llc. Provide proof the car had a sticker as it's in your possession. People work hard and should not have to deal with this

Bryan/Ryan put in the wrong number for the unit, I had apparently put my things in a 5 x 15 unit. I received a call last night instructing me to come in and sign a lease for that unit, but when I got there I was told to either rent another unit and lose my $110 for the two I have paid for or they would remove my things from the unit. I think they are on drugs or something because they both claimed not to remember me even though I had spent a considerable amount of time with each of them.

Theft at this place!!!…read more I got my stuff stolen at this facility, my lock was swapped by someone that works there or has access to the locks they sell there so it looks like no forced entry, even though I have insurance!! Go look at other reviews on google and online and they've changed ownership in the past so the reviews are closed on yelp, they used to be "Life Storage". Upon looking at other reviews it looks like different people experienced the same thing and at one point there were 10 that were targeted at the same time on a weekend?! 10 that we know of possibly more If you're like me and haven't visit in a minute?! Some people finding their items stolen later, why did no one get notified about this?! They made sure they changed ownership multiple times and notified about it but can't tell customers there was multiple thefts happening so that they can come check their unit?!!!! Even manager mysteriously leaving, wth is going on here! Management saying it's an inside job and police are saying there are checks that are in place to check locks, I got an officer who has past experience working at one. This is absurd and a huge storage corporation that should have safety measures in place, something bigger is happening at this place! Stay away from here!!!

! DONT DO IT ! ! Not even a…read morelast result place ! Humble FM 1960 Storage boasts their "top flight security", first class Surveillance, on-site property managers and how secure the place is. It looks nice and new from the outside but smells like it was built on top of earths A-hole, and within a month your stuff is guaranteed to smell the same. There was a burglary that took place in one unit, the person actually has a review here. And unfortunately my unit was burglarized as well. They broke in and stole some really large items that would for sure be caught on camera as they exited the building. The property manager will not review the cameras, and was quick to hand me an insurance packet and told me that they pay up to 2k for lost items. "That there raised the red flag." Called the police and they are working the case. Next I know, there was a third burglary that happened. Where are these top notch security cameras, why were our units broken into. I wouldn't even trust this place to store dust, let alone precious valuables. RUN
