Let's just say that everything you read was validated. Excellent customer service and their main priority is to comfortably accommodate your property. Initially I had reserved a 12.5x20 outside so they asked detailed questions on how much property I had. They quickly recommended a smaller storage with climate control to better protect my property. I had a storage trailer stolen and equipment from inside of my storage. The Cubesmart claims the cameras were not working for the trailer & that the inside storage items were stolen by a contractor whom they had replace the doors. Great American Insurance, who is also a joke, denied the claim because the workers at Cubesmart said it was done by their contractor. Therefore Great American Insurance would not pay and Cubesmart continues to say there is nothing that they can do. Poor Management, Poor Leadership, Poor Care of customers. After 5-6 trips to the storage, I have not heard from Jane, the district manager or the owners of the unit, & the daily staff never call back. If you want your items safe find another facility, because if things happen no one will step up! If you have items in the facility go and check on your items, they will be gone and no one will alert you!

Theft at this place!!!…read more I got my stuff stolen at this facility, my lock was swapped by someone that works there or has access to the locks they sell there so it looks like no forced entry, even though I have insurance!! Go look at other reviews on google and online and they've changed ownership in the past so the reviews are closed on yelp, they used to be "Life Storage". Upon looking at other reviews it looks like different people experienced the same thing and at one point there were 10 that were targeted at the same time on a weekend?! 10 that we know of possibly more If you're like me and haven't visit in a minute?! Some people finding their items stolen later, why did no one get notified about this?! They made sure they changed ownership multiple times and notified about it but can't tell customers there was multiple thefts happening so that they can come check their unit?!!!! Even manager mysteriously leaving, wth is going on here! Management saying it's an inside job and police are saying there are checks that are in place to check locks, I got an officer who has past experience working at one. This is absurd and a huge storage corporation that should have safety measures in place, something bigger is happening at this place! Stay away from here!!!

! DONT DO IT ! ! Not even a…read morelast result place ! Humble FM 1960 Storage boasts their "top flight security", first class Surveillance, on-site property managers and how secure the place is. It looks nice and new from the outside but smells like it was built on top of earths A-hole, and within a month your stuff is guaranteed to smell the same. There was a burglary that took place in one unit, the person actually has a review here. And unfortunately my unit was burglarized as well. They broke in and stole some really large items that would for sure be caught on camera as they exited the building. The property manager will not review the cameras, and was quick to hand me an insurance packet and told me that they pay up to 2k for lost items. "That there raised the red flag." Called the police and they are working the case. Next I know, there was a third burglary that happened. Where are these top notch security cameras, why were our units broken into. I wouldn't even trust this place to store dust, let alone precious valuables. RUN
