A family owned and operated business like no other in the area. These young men are nothing less than incredible. More importantly, they make you feel like family too, always there to help. This facility is always clean and always making improvements to make it a better experience for their renters! One the many perks that they offer, is opening the security gate from your phone!! Extremely pleasant experience, the brothers seem like great genuine guys which is a nice change from other storage rental facilities in the area. The facilities are clean and very well kept, was excited about not just the lift to the 2nd floor but the fact they provide carts, dollies, and even rollers. Dishonest and greedy. Was given a 5x10 unit and after sometime needed more space, we consistently called or went there in person seeing if they had a 10x10 or something larger available, was only told the first time they had a 15x20 ac that was like $250/mo. after that always said they were sold out, also saud we were on their "list" and they would call us which they never did. I highly doubt that they did not have one 10x10 become available since the beginning of 2022. I'm pretty sure they just give units on a first-come-first-serve as they become available and their "list" is nonexistant. Also, they do not prorate. So be very careful to not overpay or pay in advance. We weren't even trying to get prorated for like the rest of the month, we just wanted a refund on the month we had paid in advance that hadn't started yet. Here you got a storage facility fully maxxed out making money hand over fist with low overhead and they have to nickel and dime people and cheap them out of a few bucks. Kinda sucks bevause there's only one other place in town that's not much better. Here's hoping they build a new storage facility soon so people have more options. read more

This family run business has very good pricing, is professional and friendly, and is responsive to questions and needs. Steven and Matthew helped us estimate the amount of storage space we needed, and when we didn't pack the unit very efficiently, they had another unit standing by just in case we were not able to make it all fit... and they did this at last minute closing time on a Saturday.
