These guys are the best. They got to my house early, 2 trucks and 8 movers. Rey came in intro'd himself and Edgar said, "Hi" with a smile. They all came in polite and ready to work. They covered, wrapped and labeled every piece of furniture we had, and did it with care. We had some big, heavy pieces of furniture, they didn't complain and they moved us from a 2-story to a 2-story. And not only that, but they were quick about it. I called them up a couple of weeks ago. They did a virtual walk through with me and gave me a fair price. I checked the price against 3 other larger companies. Theirs was the best. On the day of packing, the crew showed up and got right to work. They were super Excellent. They returned the next day to actually move my things to my new home. They showed up with a crew 2x the size of the packing crew and got the job done....door to door...in just under 7 hours. I was extremely impressed with the speed and professionalism and respect that they showed me and my family. It was cool that a lot of the crew had military ties. I confirmed the move last week and was good to go for today. I was told that movers would arrive between 10:30-11:00 am. When the movers didn't arrive at 11 I called and tried to get an estimate on arrival. I was told that they were behind from a previous move and that they'd be finishing up soon. It was getting closer to 1 and I called again. This time I was told they would be there between 2-3 and no later than that time and that I could get a discount. Fast forward to after the 3 o'clock time. I called back and got a rude man on the end of the phone. I simply asked when the movers would be there because I had been waiting since 10:30 am for someone to show up. He argued with me and told me that I had an afternoon move scheduled and that I would just need to wait until they got here. I continued ask for a time as it had been already 6 hours since the scheduled time. It was then that he told me that he wasn't doing business with me and that I was ungrateful and that he was canceling the move. I had asked him to please not do that and then he hung up on me! Horrible business. I reported the company to the better business bureau and filed a complaint. This isn't the first time this has happened either.
