The red chain stitch was discarded in lieu of two different colored threads (gold and blue), there are loose threads everywhere, the inseam isn't stitched properly into the hem, and he sewed the selvedge shut. Attached pictures of the hem job. Since the chainstitch has been discarded, I have to take it to a denim specialist now. I hate leaving bad Yelp reviews for small business owners, but I really would like to prevent someone else to receiving service like this.

I'd better clean this with alcohol" and I left after saying this. I don't trust the way they handle garments so I'd rather go out to find a decent leather cleaner even if that means I have to pay extra for the damage.

Last minute, off of a random walk-in, and brother still treated me like I was a long time regular. She let me know they couldn't dye my dress the dark plum color I sent on the swatch because it would have ruined the lace but it was purple and she thought I would like it.
