As a financial advisor, I'm well aware that these policies are often inappropriate for most people and come with very large sales commissions, which made the interaction feel misleading. Second, they automatically enroll you in frequent marketing text messages encouraging you to return and shop with them. There is no functional way to unsubscribe. I have called to request removal multiple times, yet I continue to receive these unwanted messages. I'd recommend an agency that's more client centered.

He encouraged me to shop around, fully explained my options with his company, and helped me create a list of things to look for in other policies to ensure I was comparing apples to apples. Price is just one piece of the insurance puzzle. "You get what you pay for." I'm glad he helped me understand all the coverage details so I wouldn't be blindsided one day by purchasing cheaper insurance that didn't give me the coverage I assumed I had. Insurance is confusing! His office is very conveniently-located. If I need anything from his office, it's easy to bundle that errand with others in the area. Speaking of his office--I don't know how he does it, but he's always had the best office staff. (Finding good employees is HARD!) I've never had a bad interaction with them. They don't spam or bug me. They're personable, professional, and prompt. I'm not easy to work with. I'm incredibly busy and have limited availability during "normal" business hours. Despite my availability, his staff always finds a way to work with me. They get me the info I need quickly, including additional details I hadn't thought of and didn't realize I needed. (I guess that's another "P" to describe them: Proactive) I can't believe he has no Yelp reviews. After almost 10 years of consistent, superior service and advice, I had to share my opinion. At exactly 9:10 AM Uber notified me "sorry but your ride has been cancelled"! Uber offered a reschedule for about 20 minutes later so I booked it. They immediately charged my credit card. Then they cancelled that ride also leaving me stranded. I contacted Uber support for ride credits or some sort of compensation. They refused. They had actually charged my credit card four times! Twice for each ride that they cancelled. My money was refunded in a few days but they refused to compensate me for what they did. Obviously Uber cannot be trusted in my area of Arkansas for a ride.
