I was glad I called this place as I was able to get an appointment fast and seamlessly. Even better this facility is so close to me! The staff were super friendly with the whole experience. The front office easily checked me in and it wasn't long before I was called in. I have been struggling with a dental problem FOR YEARS and they recommended I do a specific service to mitigate the issue. I was glad they were able to accommodate because I can say the main problems I have been having have actually went away *years of joy*. Other dentists around the area didn't do the procedure as thorough as they did. I was so glad that the dentist was able to answer my questions and even give me a tip on how to floss appropriately - something no dentist has ever bothered to mention even after expressing my concerns, so thank you! I had a crown replaced here and after about 5 visits it's still uncomfortable…read more The first time I had the crown replaced it was way too white. The color was so off it was embarrassing. They replaced the crown due to their error but I also kept mentioning how it's too bulky in the back. Finally, at my last visit they put the crown back in and shoved a tablet in my face asking me to sign because after this they won't fix my crown anymore. Well guess what... it still feels horrible. Now I have to reach out to a new dentist to try and fix this mess of a crown. Please, do not come here for any sort of dental work whatsoever. They need to be more proficient in crowns especially calling themselves "crown dental". I would change the business name because it's very misleading for anyone wanting a quality crown. Dr. Ness seemed more interested in making fun of the panhandle of Florida than fixing my tooth. Each time I came in he referred to it as the "Kentucky of Florida". Trying to say it's low class or something. Anyway, I don't care about your view on Florida doc I just wanted you to pay attention to my tooth.

For the past many, many years I am so very thankful for Dr. Bimili and his staff always being so gentle with me. The office staff is warm and friendly, not just in person, but over the phone when scheduling or just checking up on you after a long appointment. I recently had a front eye-tooth broken out due to a severe medical emergency. Dr. Bimili and his staff had me into the office almost immediately and rebuilt the broken tooth in one sitting. I admit, I had been crying when I arrived but was smiling with joy by the time I was walking out the door. Dental staff like this is something that I am so grateful for every single day. I'd like to add that the office staff is well aware of my back pain issues. They are always kind enough to give me any needed move/stretch breaks that I may require. They've even gone so far as to break (no pun intended) up a long appointment into two separate sittings for me. Their understanding regarding this means so much to me. I will also say that I always keep two business cards from their office with me at all times, as well as having one pinned above my desk at work. Since I run the front office at my employment, and handle payroll for work, I hear from a lot of teachers/educators when they need to go to the dentist. If they ask if I have any local suggestions I just hand over the card. This has led to several coworkers now going to my same dentist, and many happy smiling face at work!

Be cautious of this Dentist Office!…read more The sole reason I return is due to the quality of dentists they employ. As far as front desk service and pricing, unprofessional and deceitful!!! Please thoroughly review the charges you are being billed. Every time I visit, they consistently overcharge me by a few hundred dollars and it is extremely challenging to obtain a refund. They charge whatever they please, regardless of what your insurance states they should charge you. Verify the charges with your insurance; the amount your insurance states you need to pay is the correct cost. All dental offices have contracts or agreements with insurance companies that specify the exact cost per procedure and they must adhere to these prices. The office manager, Zoila, is aware of this but disregards it and overcharges because she knows that the majority of the patients either don't speak English or don't know how to check. She exploits our low-income community and its residents. Even when you return and complain, she refuses to help and do the right thing. I've always had to contact their Sherman Oaks office (Southland Dental, 818-788-4788) and speak with Ana for my refunds. So far, Ana has been helpful and refunded the overcharges but it's always a mission to get ahold of her. I'm genuinely puzzled by the owner, Dr. Michael Abaian, continuing to employ these crooked Office Managers but I guess they are making him money!!!

I came in with a wisdom tooth pain and they helped me without hesitation. The Dentist is awesome he made sure i was taken care of , from past experiences you can really tell this doctor loves his patients and it's not doing it to just get a buck out of you. I highly recommend going to this dentist , he made my pain go away I'll forever be thankful.
